The most expensive stuffed toy I have ever bought. Didn't look much like a pig I know.Snout to long. Such a disappointment and false advertising. Beware if you think it's anything more than a cheap soft toy. The only movement you get is if you push it along. The dogs are the same. What a hoax.

Oh yes, Like many others, what I ordered is not the crappy plastic toy they sent. It’s almost laughable! I also filed complaint with PayPal. The deception and misrepresentation is blatantly clear. As a matter of principle, I will pursue until refunded. Consumer Protection is Good thing

Saw an ad for remote control Jeep for $39.00 dollars. what I received was a plastic model in it's place. Have contacted them with email several times about the mistake which included a copy of the ads. So far they have not lived up to the ad. Offered me $5.00 and keep the model. No way just false advertising.

I ordered several items from them, such as the Drone 2 The Latest Smart Foldable RC Drone With 4k HD Camera, GPS and App Control with carrying bag.
What they shipped was a toy drone BOX (empty) and worth less than $5 even if it was in there!
They offered me 45% money back and keep the empty box, but only AFTER I filed a dispute with PayPal!
I ordered the "Bean Bag Big Sofa," which was a LOVEBAG gray fuzzy giant bean bag WITH FILLER, but they sent me a see-thru white liner for a regular size or small bean bag without any filler. I MADE SURE TO CHECK IT WAS COMING WITH FILLER! They offered me 25% money back and keep the liner.
Finally, I ordered the Realistic Miniature Pig Pinkee, This pet is 100% handmade by Emma Recuero With 30 years of pet making experience, each one made from artificial fur,
hand sculpted polymer clay nose, claws, paws, glass eyes, the head, body, and legs are connected by the plastic skeleton locking
filled with polyester and steel granules, toned by airbrush paint and art pastel for giving a living species.
What they sent me was a carnival toy that was crudely sewn and not worth a dime! NOTHING WHAT WAS ADVERTISED!
They offered me 25% money back and keep the poor excuse of a dog toy pig.
I am so irrate! I am happy that PayPal resolved this for me, but it was still a hassle and I did have to provide them with days full of information, investigate the company myself, call them several times, and put feedback in!
Then, Kokoerp sent me this email:

I got caught up in the slick website and ads they stole from other websites!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Do not buy from this company. It also goes by Angermart and Wallien and the email is through Kokoerp. It does bait and switch and refunds are impossible.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered the Air Wolf drone, they sent me some piece of crap toy that was not even a drone and offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Then when that didn't work they asked me to check with my post office with a BS tracking number that of course doesn't work with my country's tracking system. When I called them on that they simply replied back with the following:

I waited 6 weeks and when a very small package arrived it was not what I ordered or anything near. We ordered a Christmas wreath. We never received it. I have traded emails with Tanesha Maqie who keeps telling me to check with the post office. We receive packages 3-4 times a week and have never had an issue with others. My wife and I are both retired and stay at home nearly all the time. I have given up with these people. I doubt I will ever see the wreath or the $60 we paid. Maybe I can prevent someone else from being scammed.

This company must be an offshore scam. I ordered a "Sea Glass Christmas Tree" decoration, which was pictured and described as being 7.5-8" high by 5.5-6.5" wide at the base, being "handmade" using "handmade sea glass", color aqua/green, with white starfish shells on it. What I received, in a crushed, semi-destroyed box, was a 4.75" high X 2" wide piece of junk made of clear plastic, NOT manmade sea glass, NOT aqua/green, bearing no resemblance to the item on their website. I don't know if this company has a real name - the delivery tracking says "angermart", the web page says "wallien.store", but the "contact us" email is at kokoerp,com, which has no functioning web site.

I don’t even want to give one star. This company is a disgrace. Advertised a Waldorf Doll with a few different outfit changes. I got the most cheap, tacky, horrible little toy which was Chinese made, a different make and quite frankly a joke. No order confirmation or returns form with my item, the customer service was a disgrace and they refuse to give me a full refund! I’ve learnt the hard way, this is a scamming company.

I ordered a cute husky dog for my great grand daughter . It was supposed to walk with her and turn its head. It does nothing. I feel cheated because they sent me an item completely different from what they advertised!!

I ordered the husky dog that was supposed to be life like, all it was is a cute little stuffed dog. Don't buy from this site. It doesn't do what it shows.

I just rec'd a kitten that I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas. It doesn't do anything like in the video at all. When it meows it sounds demented & then add music to it. My fault for not checking better. Looks like no refund for me.

Just like the other listed reviews, I suggest Never Ever doing business with this company! I ordered what was supposed to be one of those realistic moving dogs, costing me $19.98 + 9.99 for postage. I received a stuffed dog that I could have bought at the dollar store....poor quality, nothing like what was advertised! I have corresponded with this site back and forth - requesting to return it and getting a complete refund. The package I received had no return address and the person first offered me $3 for my complaint. I said no, so they offered me $6. I again said no (that doesn't even cover the shipping!), today they sent me another email with an offer of $8. Again I said no. I expect they want me to give up, but I am bullheaded and will not. I may not ever get a total refund (or any at all) but will continue this fight - it is the principle! I hate bad customer service!

The company I used was patisasa, I spent £66 pounds on it, what I recieved was beyond ridiculous.
I was absolutely livid, I emailed alot, one after another that day, they replied and feigned stupidity.
I recieved a full refund that day, due to going ballistic.

Total Scam Company. Ordered an 8 inch sea glass Christmas tree--paid almost $33.00 w/shipping. Received a cheap clear plastic little 6 inch tree you can buy at the dollar store for 99 cents. When I complained they offered a $15.00 refund saying their manufacturer wasn't up to par so they subbed another item. When I said no, they upped it to $20 if I returned it and said it would take up to 1-2 months and may get lost so it would be a waste of my time and money. Obvious scammers. Zuckerberg needs to have some accountability when they advertise these scams on Facebook. Reported and filed a dispute with Paypal---still waiting for a resolution.

Total scam, order a realistic teddy bear dog snd got a dollar store stuff animal

This company is listed on multiple scam report websites. They use over 150 websites to entice you to purchase something and have no intentions of sending you what you paid for. They also use the same phone number: 1-877-253-4927 and all the email end in @kokoerp.com. It's ALL fake.

I ordered a Gyrowinder and what they sent me was a little spaceman. The package calls it a display stand. Since they use PayPal Express as an option, I have been working with PayPal to get them shut down. Through PayPal, they offered me a 50% refund. When I refused, they offered me a 100% refund as long as I return the item to them - IN CHINA! The cost of postage would be much much more than what I paid for the item. Of course they know this, so it's an no win situation for me. However, under PayPal, your purchase if protected. Hopefully PayPal will refund my money.

UPDATE: PayPal has refunded me my money. For all of you who have been scammed by this company, if you paid for your item through PayPal, I urge you to file a claim, then escalate the claim and get your money back. The more claims PayPal re wives on this company, the quicker they will shut them down.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I paid $75 for a Freddy Kreuger talking plush and a ghost face plush. They sent me a keychain and a plastic dollar store mask. The scam is they send it tracking so you get stuck with it. The owner left a positive review here or so it matches the broken English in my email from him. Here the email daf8PpATkokoerp.com
