Im a psychic and medium on kooma and in defence of kooma after reading some the feedback Im quite astonished
As a reader we can only give the information we receive from spirit and some clients do not accept that information for whatever reason.
From my recollection it was the readers who asked kooma not to show the negative feedback which Kooma rightly took a very long time to persuade to do because they care not only care about the client the want to give the best service possible. The reason for this is because after the reading reviews were being left and on reviewing the call or text which is all recorded by Kooma bosses it was determined the review was completely inaccurate.
These kinds of reviews not only damage the industry but reputations and all psychics on kooma are highly trained and highly trained in the regulations we must follow.
Them regulations are not only to protect the client but to protect the reader and the platform.
And this is why only good reviews are published and bad reviews are give they are investigated and appropriate action followed by Kooma
Love and light to all

I have been working for Kooma for over 10 years now and have also used the services of their very talented readers by chat on a few occasions. Kooma is always there from what I can see and the choice of readers is very good. Compared to some platforms it is extremely reasonable and value for money. There is no pressure to use the service as it is very much up to the individual to decide how and when they use it. I know myself that I am a very genuine reader and show great understanding. What I do see though is that for the majority of the time then a client will leave a negative review if their reading is not what they want to hear, so to me this shows how real the readers are. So give them a go and make up your own mind. For me 5 stars everytime !!!

Sally has read to me for years. I absolutely love her & feel astounded at what she knows about situations which I have not been aware of at the time & later ALWAYS discover that she was right!
Her insights keep me informed & able to see the wood from the trees. I just ❤️ her!

They do have some good readers however I have noticed if you give negative feedback or a low star rating it gets removed. Example I left a new reader Rob a review and reading and rating has been removed, which has put his ranking back up to 100% positive. He only has two reviews so there is no excuse about keeping 10 reviews and even when they do that it’s clear they only select the most positive ones which is really unfair for customers.

Had used Kooma in the past, particularly at times when I've felt a bit low and vulnerable. In 2020, prior to the pandemic, I was going through a rough patch, and reached out to a reader, Maurice, for a 20 minute reading having read particularly positive reviews on his profile. He couldn’t have cared less about trying to tap into the problem, seeing what the process would be like or the outcome. He gave a "probably" answer, terminated the call within 5 minutes and left me feeling stupid for even trying to seek solace or guidance. For that, I was charged for a full reading, despite receiving nothing of any substance and only using 5 minutes of an allocated 20.
More recently, I returned to using the service again on Wednesday this week as I'm going through a particularly stressful period. The first reader I spoke to, Sabrina, told me she couldn't see anything for me, and encouraged me to try another reader. The second one, Helen Francesca, made a pithy attempt and then gave up just as the three minute cut-off point occurred.
It's a worrying sign when you have readers who claim to be proficient in what they do, that cannot connect with the clients who are calling for their guidance. Moreover, it's probably worse when you've got people who genuinely couldn't care less about the clients and willingly take their money without providing any help at all.
Only saving grace is that the Customer Service team have agreed to refund the money I paid for the failed readings to my card.
I'm very disappointed in the service, and have deleted the app from my phone. It's been a lesson learned. I would not recommend using Kooma at all after this.

Absolutely love the readers on here.
They are very honest, sometimes I all them to have a chat.
Some of my favourites are Dora, Love Angel, Sally, Fiora, and there is a new girl also called Gemma who is genuine also.

Horrible avoid at all costs. 95% of readers are inaccurate. Eva was the only real psychic on there and she gas retired. I have lost ££££s at my lowest point having readings which have never materialised. Customer service is horrible too.

Had a reading with sapphire and oh my god what a reading it was! She had the audacity to tell me I’m too old to have kids!!! I mean seriously? Complained to Kooma but surprise surprise no reply so sent them a complaint about my complaint and still no response!
The rude and arrogant sapphire really needs to be sacked asap as how dare she think that to l that let alone say it???!!!!

Zero stars. I had reading with Selena yesterday. I didn't have chance to ask any questions I was just typing. She said I'm going to answer your questions and started typing. Which questions? I didn't even have enough time to type it. Answer was already there before questions. Questions I wanted to asked was different from answers I received from her before even having chance to ask it. Save your money. Fake Fake Fake Fake Fake

The customer service is second to none. They are really understanding. When ever I've had issues they have sorted it instantly. If you have an issue with a reader, speak with customer service first before you write your review. They are fair as long as you are.

I have had two very good readings on the Kooma site during the last week. I have two or three go to readers now.. I also work for Kooma, since 2012 but started doing longer hours in 2014. I think the readings are good value for money. I like the fact you can change your reader within a certain amount of time and not have to apply to the company and wait for the money to be credited back. You have the money there to go to the next reader. I do feel it is important to select the reader according to the type of reading you would like, and the niche of the reader. I have been a customer for around 13 years. Very good, and user friendly. I prefer telephone voice calls to access Customer Service but the way things are now it's not unusual that it's an email service as many people are now home based

I am an intuitive working with Kooma, fortunate to work with them from day one. Fortunate because the early days enjoyed a little more connection between readers and staff. This gave me a foundation of trust in administrators working with Kooma as long as I have.
I've done a few readings for others working on Kooma, eg. Bev, Barbora and Dora. They are sound as a pound and genuine. I would have readings with them if I had the disposable income more often!
I can't tolerate damning reviews on here. It's obvious that most, if not all of them, are an effort to tarnish the success of Kooma. There's a lot of competition between 'psychic services' after all. The negative comments are a low way of addressing grievances, especially the trading standards comments. Why not speak to Kooma staff discretely? Fair criticism is one thing, consistent smearing is another. We need to be supportive of one another. Have you not noticed a top-down attempt to squash independent trade in the UK? If humans do not support one another with the remaining freedom we have, everyday people will not be trading and self employment will be rare. Genuine customers or not, the angry and destructive output will get you nowhere.
The issue with Kooma's website reviews is tricky. Some use the review section to consistently lessen readers' popularity. This is a sad fact and isn't tolerated. Difficult to find the balance because I know Kooma want to show a fair spectrum of tesitmonials.
Some say we cash in on vulnerable people: please, this whole system thrives on exploiting and creating vulnerability; from advertising, taxes, health & social care to the daily news! In my experience Kooma tries balance ethics with the current 'psychic service' business model. Yes, these services are for entertainment purposes only. Similar to pubs, gambling, films at the cinema, the national lottery, etc. But hopefully more helpful and healthy if done correctly. If you want to bang a drum, bang the drum for far more sinister issues at play in the UK. Why focus so negatively on a service designed to help, entertain and relieve people?
I agree we readers must be responsible and ethical towards vulnerable callers. Readings are energy work. Energy feeding can happen. Receiving money (energy) from people for readings requires full respect for the exchange taking place on both sides. As a "reader" my experience with Kooma and staff has been positive. They are a business with a certain style of marketing seen in the 'psychic industry', which can be questionable, even to me. But we Kooma 'readers' are fairly treated & informed and Kooma encourages integrity and respect for all callers. If readers do not appreciate or respect this, that's an issue of theirs in my opinion.
Most importantly, the lovely customers make it good. I really appreciate the diverse souls who call to explore their pressing issues in a reciprocal, trusting and often challenging way. Many of my customers speak up if they don't agree or need me to be brutal with the truth. I don't float around thinking I'm a Divine Oracle, or making claims I can't fulfill just to make a buck from emotionally needy people. I really care about helping people intuitively and in a way that feels appropriate. With every negative experience, or if I mess up, I take that on board for future readings. There is a very subtle energy awareness I'm fine-tuning to avoid time wasting for both parties if I am not connecting well or can feel they are 'Testers' who call to make it difficult and challenge me to be 'good' with zero reciprocity. I don't work with that kind of energy.
My ethics are strong when it comes to being aware of customers 'over-using' the service or when I notice a caller becoming distressed with changing predictions from multiple readers. If a caller mentions spending too much money, I encourage them to take a break. Each person is responsible for their own well-being, BUT I reassure them when it's maybe time to stop and take recent readings on board then wait a while, or I explain that many go through phases of having crisis readings then stop, either for good or come back sometimes years later and less often.
I never knowingly feed on vulnerability. I am here for those who choose. I am not fake, I'm intuitive, I use the oracle for online & telephone readings as it's a pressurised situation with rapid customer turn over and not much recompense. I can't imagine speaking for many hours a day, giving full quality, high calibre readings as a medium or clairvoyant and no 'tools'. It can lead to burn-out, so fair play to those able to do so!
Kooma's a good a company of this ilk and I love the admins, they are reasonable and I won't have people running them down. We probably make a few mistakes but overall Kooma's integrity is good, else I wouldn't have stayed!

Kooma has closed my account and is deterring me from opening another one. I was unaware that l had several accounts with them, probably opened over a period of years and by mistake. They did not inform me of this at any point, as one would have expected, but just treat me like some criminal, closing my accounts. I have asked them to close off the dublicate accounts accordingly and just leave one open and got no reply. I think this is terrible customer service and not helpful to the customer at all. Very unhappy, but it is probably a lucky escape as l have discovered psychic sofa who have far better reviews 😊

I had generally good experiences on Kooma but my favourite readers never are available anymore. I tracked one down on a different platform and she said she had to leave as the Kooma service was not bringing her any income. Maybe up your advertising?

Its a SCAM, they take all of your personal details and share them with outside companies. There is no GDPR followed what so ever and this should be reported to trading standards!! It says on the website if you are not happy we will refund in full (Kooma Guarentee) I asked for a refund and inspite of giving an ACCOUNT number, the lady kept asking me other personal details (most of which i did share)?? Then she says I will close your account?? The readers on here mostly offer chat service and take ages to reply so you can cross the 3 min threshold, once you are over that to get a refund if you don't like the reading is a nightmare. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONIES & NEVER USE THE COMPANY. ITS EXPLOITATION OF THE VULNERABLE!!
