Great service from highly knowledgeable and experienced people. It’s hard to find a dealer who will facilitate demonstration of phono cartridges. David and Damien were both extremely helpful in my reaching a decision as to the best choice of cartridge.

I home auditioned the Forrester F1 power supply at home.
This gave me the perfect comparison with the other power supply I was using to power my other network switches.
The F1 gives the added benefit to power two 5 volt units at the same time.
I didn't hear any detriment to the sound quality powering two units at the same time.
Damien from Kronos was always supportive and patient during my time demoing the unit.

I spoke with Damien who was very helpful and managed to get a great deal on a DAC/headphone amp combo. Will be using KronosAV again.

Very good sevice just just a small communication issue with order but doesn't warrant not giving a 5 star so overall excellent and hopefully I will be back for more products in the future.

I was looking to upgrade my amplifier (Denon PMA1600) and the Rose RA280 was on my wishing list. I wanted to buy on finance and Kronos was the company that had the best finance options. Being the first time buying with Kronos I was a bit nervous about it, but everything went well with fast delivering times. After seeing/ watching all the reviews online I have decided for the Rose, the Rose had the right size for my TV cabinet, the looks and had won a EISA award. The Rose is a much better amplifier than the Denon, much more complete. Paired with a good pair of speakers and I'm addicted to music again!
