Amazing service from these guys

Amazing service from these guys, Damian is a revelation, literally goes out of his way to help and give the best experience advice at buying Audio equipment.. don’t hesitate to buy from Kronos!, Matt Lock.

Excellent service

Excellent service, communication at the highest possible level!!..Even after work the employee answered my messages, you will not find anything like that anywhere. I had a problem with the delivery of the item, but the courier company mixed up the address and it was not the seller's fault, I would like to apologize to the seller, because I was very upset. 5/5☆☆☆☆☆ I highly recommend Kronos

Quick and efficient delivery Excellent quality….. does exactly what I wanted it for!

Quick and efficient delivery…product exactly as describe and of excellent quality. Easy to fit and feels very secure. I’ve spent a long time attempting to stop ‘needle jumping’ caused by vibration from floor when folks moved around. Now looking forward to a smoother listening experience with my turntable on the Kronos shelf and no longer picking up vibrations from sitting on the hi fi unit picking up vibrations from the floor! Highly recommend to anyone who suffers with similar problem

Nearly perfect

Everything arrived quickly and well packaged but was sent wrong colour of one item. Also drive belt for turntable has snapped after only two weeks. Company and staff were all excellent to deal with shame about small issues
