Streaming wonder
I was impressed with the array of merchandise and prices on the website. I ordered a Eversolo dmp-6 steamer which was advertised as a 2 day delivery by DPD. So ordered it and was pleasantly surprised by a first time buy discount on the price. I was a little disappointed at the delay on delivery but communication with Kronos was excellent explaining their problem with staffing/holidays which resulted in a 4 day delivery. All in all very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

Kronos AV Review: Buyer Beware!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kronos AV, and I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company.
The entire process was riddled with issues, starting with the excessively long delivery times. The delivery service was abysmal; the driver admitted that everything was soaking wet due to the weather, which was evident in the poorly packaged items. My ring camera caught what he said and I will post online.
Communication with Kronos AV is another nightmare. They take forever to respond to emails, if they even respond at all. It’s baffling that they have no formal complaints system in place. The only time I received a prompt reply was when they perceived an ego-driven dispute, rather than addressing the actual issue at hand.
Their returns process for faulty goods is convoluted and frustrating. Rather than offering a straightforward replacement or refund like reputable companies, they insisted on sending the product back to the manufacturer for repair. When I demonstrated my reluctance to this (considering it was supposed to be brand new) they said they were looking into other avenues with their distributor. When I asked who their distributor was they said their 'warehouse". This reluctance to provide direct replacements or alternatives is deeply concerning.
I recently discovered that Kronos AV sells B-grade items, which I didn't see on their website at the time. If I had known about this practice, I would never have bought from them, as I prefer to invest in products that meet the highest standards of quality.
My order originated from a warehouse in Ireland, so if you end up with a faulty product, good luck getting it resolved. The entire operation feels like a boys' club, with no accountability for poor service or defective goods. I had to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman, which is an ordeal no customer should have to endure.
In hindsight, I should have paid extra and gone to a reputable retailer. There’s a reason I had never heard of Kronos AV before, despite their supposed longevity in the market. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of these cowboys. Be warned!

- Not entirely sure what this is about? I've gone through my emails, and no 'fruitful comments' were made. It's a shame we can't post screenshots of the content of our emails as this will quickly disprove what was said in the reply here.
"Firstly we are 7 time awards winners this year alone, including 2 x Global awards. Would the above be the actions of a mutli award winning company?"
- This made me laugh, plenty of companies out there I have purchased from with no awards that provide a far superior service.
"- Secondly what the customer left out was he DEMANDED a replacement amplifier because it was "faulty". After making us try and do this for him (which we did!) and telling us we "WILL WORK TO HIS TIMESCALES" he then said the amplifier was working perfectly. Then a week later, it was faulty again. Once didn't reply for days despite putting ourselves, the distributor and manufacturer to the effort of doing a returns procedure that he wanted. Eventually he replied to tell us the amplifier was working. Then later replied saying it was faulty again."
- I never demanded a replacement. I informed them of an issue and there response was to repair it. Considering it was a few days old this was a strange response. They went on to tell me this was normal practice when I know full well and they do it is not.
They keep saying they did this and that but I can say I have been to Mars and back 12 times in the last year, without some proof it does not make it so.
I told them it appears the problem is intermittent but would still like it replaced, they told me there were none left so it would be a repair. I requested a refund instead and they offered me some generic, never heard of brand which I refused. I was always prompt in replies, I even have an email I sent to them saying their response time was slow so they are definitely lying here.
Funny, how since I put this review they can now replace or are happy to refund. Also, I have an email where they say their customers are happy to send and pay for returns themselves where it apparently costs only £10 to send. Lol, to send an amplifier that weighs about 6 to 8kg...
I asked them to work around me as I work long hours, which I think is a fair request. They also accused me of threatening them when I said I would involve the bank and ombudsman, and even went to great lengths to define a threat. If I could post the emails here I would. Go elsewhere people.

I ordered just 1 item. Website stated order date, dispatch date and ETA at the time of placing an order. Order was shipped day later. I was told, that they were too busy with orders, so they shipped next day. Tracking details were incorrect. Wrong carriers, wrong link. They shipped from NI, not W.Sussex.In the end they sent me a screenshot from dpd.ie website. I asked for order to be stopped, because I needed today latest. I received an email 8hours later, that it is too late to do so. Person replying via chat seems to care, but you need to chase to get anything back from them. I was asked to call them and I did, but nobody answered the phone. Their answer machine asked me to leave a message. Will I use them in future? No chance. I have been told, that they are family business and that they won 7 awards and 2 global awards. Maybe they did, but this does not mean, that they care. What is the point to show dispatch date at the time of placing the order, when they know, that this is not achievable. If I knew, that this will never arrive on time, I would never, ever place an order. I had to travel to Richer Sounds, because I needed amp for tonight. I will never recommend them to anybody. They do not deserve any custom, if they as the company do not show any effort to ship orders as stated on their website.

1) I never, ever quote demanded unquote additional discount. I queried your terms for the 5% at the time of placing an order, because there are no T&C.
2) If I did not chase you, you would not reply to me at all in writing. I received reply in writing roughly 8hours after my request to stop the shipment.
3) You show no respect to the customer, who pays your wages by stating

It does not matter, if I buy a cable for £1 or anything fancy for thousands. I am still the same customer and certainly you are not for profit charity. It is your choice, what you want to sell. If you want to sell very expensive items only, it is your business not mine and I do not care at all, so your comments are not related to my review and are offensive.
4) It is your choice to stay longer or not. If you do not provide feedback for the whole day, then you may have to catch up later.
I did not see any of your comments to state, how frustrated you are, that you stayed longer. Email from the warehouse does not say a word about it either.
5) I never, ever stated, that I expect to receive immediate attention, reply nor that you should neglect other customers or prioritise me.
6) Your additional comments about my other reviews on this website are again offensive and not related to the order. I do not care, what you do in your life, so please do not interfere in mine. My review is related to the order, not private person/life.
I am very much surprised, that your review, was approved by the business owners, because it only shows, that you do track own customers.
7) If you read your reply, you would see anger, rather treat my review as an opportunity to improve and review your processes. You focused on ruthless attack and highlight things, that are not related to the order

9) Kronos AV modified their reply and also added another false statement: his exact words to staff were if we don't do what he asks, he will report us to Which? who he is a member of and leave us negative feedback
That is not true.I advised the seller, that if I do not receive full refund, then I'll ask for Visa chargeback and will seek legal help from Which? That is the difference.
