The Eversolo was easy set-up and use. It is a brilliant product.
Andy at the Kronos Sussex branch was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful to me. He personally arranged for the Eversolo to be sent from the local Sussex branch as soon as available.
1st Impressions: The DMP A6 does so many things really well and the menus are very logical to use. I primarily bought it as a local media player rather than a streamer although I very quickly I had LBC and BBC Sounds working. The radio app is very good I was able to get a Finnish radio station I knew. Next, I easily installed a 4TB Crucial P3Plus NVME SSD that I had loaded 2500 tracks on. The Eversolo correctly identified most albums etc taking under one minute. Missing artwork etc was due to my naming errors and were easily corrected by connecting my PC to the OTG USB out The Eversolo appears as a hard drive. It is a good partner for my Rega Elicit MK5 amplifier and I really love the sound. Obviously the addition of the PEQ and GEQ equalisation will allow even more control.

Great, very informative, rewarding, helpful I have found among many sites

Paid for Speakers & Stands, but No Goods received and poor Communication! Paid all online including for delivery charges for abroad - despite repeated emails, received one contact confirming abroad delivery address - called advertised line and told its sales only and to send emails only to warehouse and support - tracker states goods still not packed for delivery.
Monies paid but no goods sent/received.

Edit: Finally received email stating my messages going into spam and 'receptionist' wrong to say only sales phone line, and that part goods will be shipped but stands not in stock and offered alternatives for increased price - finally agreed to ship speakers 30 Jan, 18 days after order, and company complaining of my Trustpilot review - speakers arrived 7 Feb but still no stands nor credit for stands.
I do have speakers now but remain circa 120GBP out of pocket for non arrival of stands, which I am expected to write off - I have complained to my bank and will leave it to them and look for stands and future equipment elsewhere.

Item arrived extremely quickly.

Ordered my item was told delivery would be 1- 2 days. Trying to track my order can be difficult.

This was my first purchase from Kronos and I am greatly pleased with the rapid delivery and performance of the ortofon Blue 2M Cartridge which I ordered. I look forward to doing repeat business with Kronos.

Fantastic service and fantastic product. I traded in my old gear for a pre-owned Peachtree Nova 300. I was assured by the very helpful Richie via email that this would be a considerable upgrade on my Audiolab 6000A, and boy was he right! Wonderful amp. Special mention to Gary for opening the Lisburn branch especially for me and for overseeing the transaction, patiently answering any questions or queries that I had. Brilliant company to deal with, and cannot wait to do so again.

Not much of a review writer but wanted to leave one for David and Kronos… I’ve had a great experience from start to finish: Kronos stocks an extremely well curated range of hifi and accessories, and David gives great advice, combining his deep knowledge week lots of enthusiasm. I’ve been introduced to brands previously off my mainstream radar. The end result is a great sounding system, even though it may end up costing more than you’d originally budgeted for 😂. Highly recommended

I recently purchased a Waversa W Slim Lite 2.0 streaming amplifier after taking time to listen to this and another product at the Dungannon store. The customer service and advice provided by David was excellent; and plenty of time was provided to listen to the performance of the products in question. This is a great HiFi store.
