Very happy with our first artificial Christmas tree in 30 years!
We are very happy with our artificial tree ordered through Royal Christmas. We have had live trees for almost 30 years and due to a change in living situation had to move to an artificial tree. Our Oregon deluxe was easy to set up and, as with any artificial tree, the amount of time you spend spreading and arranging the branches will determine how life-like the tree will look for your Christmas season. We are very happy with how it turned out and added a pine scented candle nearby to enhance the impression of a real tree.

LED power supply is dead after few days.
The Christmas tree arrived at home after some week later I put the order.
The box where the tree was shipped is quite good and keep it safe during the transportation.
The tree itself is very nice and well assembled and decorated.
The problem is the LED power supply that stopped working just after few days I switched on.
The tree was put in place last 7th of December and today (11th of December) is not working anymore. I tested with the multimeter and there is no power output. The LED were not switched all day long as I switch it on only in the evening. So the power supply had just few hours working.
I had to buy a new set of LED for decoring the tree.
I am very disappointed.

The christmas three is perfect but the delivery was a nightmare... I carried on my own the package and since I paid 120€ of shipping , i think it’s scandalous because thé Guy should have left the package in front of my door and not in the entrance of the building!!!
