Fast delivery!
Unfortunately, the lights were not working. After several deliveries we found out what the problem was and I received the right piece.
Even if 2 or 3 lights do not work, I am very happy about my Christmastree, the quality is great, such a nice finish!
The Aftersales Department was perfect and answered my emails so quickly and sent the pieces very fast too.
I totally recommend!!!!

Very disappointed
We received this Christmas Garlands - Garland - Wide PVC - Warm LED 70 Lights - Max. 5x Connectable - 18 Feet, today and we are extremely disappointed.
The product looks 100% different compared to the photo on your website (in your photo it looks dense, quality product) and the one we received looks exactly like those cheap ones sold on our local discount stores (cheap, sparse and screams budget Chinese factory quality-wise).
We have ordered a beautiful "snow-covered" Christmas tree from you about 4-5 years ago and it was totally awesome quality product and still in use, but either we got the wrong product this time or your quality level has dropped significantly since then.

This is a really lovely tree. There was an issue with the smart adapter. I emailed the company at 8.30pm UK time, received a response almost immediately and my issue was resolved straight away! Great company, excellent customer service, deserves 5+ stars

Send tree back
We ordern a tree. It came but was smaller as expected. We wanted to send it back - that's when all the trouble started. First of all it is not easy to send it back. You need to write an email first, the organise everything by yourself. You even need to pay for the return!!!! This made us really angry!!!! Because you need to send it with DPD and it costs 28€! All very ridiculously!!!! And then you get an email back, written in a really bad English. So we were NOT HAPPY!
