Booking a 20 night, 4 centre holiday to Thailand couldn't have been easier. All sorted over a phonecall. I looked at the Kuoni website and decided which locations, hotels etc I wanted. Two of the hotels I that wanted weren't available, but they suggested others nearby which were very suitable. Hannah was very helpful.

Friendly, professional service and all of my requests met.

Refreshing to find a company who through no fault of their own had an awful hotel operator. They went out there way to fix it. Amazing.

Honestly I have slightly mixed thoughts about Kuoni as I’ve experienced both amazing customer service both from them and their local partners but then I’ve also experienced a complete lack of customer service.

The positives - amazingly helpful during the prolonged period where Covid liked to mess with people and their holidays, issued a voucher for a cancelled holiday (was just the deposit) and kept extending it’s validity.

Really helpful when finally booking the holiday we went on, even though it was booked with Flights out of date range, when the time came to the flights being released there was a small issue but they provided plenty of options.

Holiday was a mixed bag, but that wasn’t Kuoni, their local reps were great and went above and beyond.

The Negative - whilst on said holiday I fell down some stairs just before we were due to leave the resort, this was down to wet stairs and no handles or grips on the wooden deck. This was reported to Kuoni when I got back and the response has been shockingly poor, chased a few times and not much in the way of a response.

So whilst I had an initially very positive experience with them, the way they have handled my feedback afterwards has been disappointing. So much so I can’t see us using them again, if I spend that much on a holiday I’d like to know there is support should something go wrong.

Always a warm welcome and professional service at the Southampton Kuoni. Jenna takes care to research & recommend the holidays she knows we will enjoy. On this occasion we booked two holidays for 2026.

As returning Kuoni customers, unlike many other travel consultants, they have managed to retain their excellent, first-class customer service throughout the difficult economic landscape. Would highly recommend.

Justine couldn't have been more helpful, giving us various options. Courteous and professional she managed our requests and changes of mind with aplomb.

Bespoke and prompt service. Our requirements were clearly understood and the holiday search performed accordingly.
The proposal was in writing and the details explained clearly.
Costs were listed in a transparent manner and cancellation policy was explained well.

The knowledge and insight with respect to our holiday destination, and hotel provided by Jared Brown (Kuoni Norwich) was excellent.

We recently contacted Kuoni following a very successful and enjoyable holiday in Singapore and Malaysia earlier in 2025. This time we wished to travel mainly to Penang and Langkawi in Malaysia. Kuoni was most efficient and helpful, giving good advice to make the most of our time there and in organizing the travel and hotel arrangements that best met our requirements. Highly recommended.
