These people are total scums and thieves .I tried to order boots.They never came .In their emails when I complained said that the parcel is lost I tried to ask my money back and never replied.Please avoid to order anything from these scums

Bought a leather bag for my girlfriend,which came only 8 days after( was surprised ), but the leather bag appears to be made from a different material. Although design is the same as in picture. So if you expect to get the leather bag, you will be disappointed.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they sent the wrong size. Their customer service is useless. Do not buy from this company. I wish I hadn’t.

Horrible quality of the product. I bought shoes, the sole is weak, the upper is poorly seamed. Despite the return policy described in the website, the seller refuses to get the stuff back and refund the money.

The reviews for these guys are brutal so I'll start by saying I did get what I ordered although I paid for expedited delivery of a product that took two weeks to get to me. If that's expedited delivery I can see why people are complaining. The online chat is relatively useless and the order tracking is equally so. I usually go on customer service of which there is little to go by. If these guys want to get better ratings they need to be more responsive. Very poor service although the product was satisfactory.

Beautiful bag, seams ripped off in a few days

I ordered a vintage leather bag from the website and prepaid. What has arrived is some cheap synthetic material, no leather or canvas embroidery, a complete disgrace! They should refund!

DO NOT BUY! this website is a scam selling low quality products. Now they created another website emcak.com. They even use the same story about pandemic hit causing them to shutdown the business. They also use the same fake photos! I bought a bag from this kurdran.com website which claimed to sell a real leather bag, it turned out I received a mass-produced bag with a cheap and ugly material at the cost of 45 Euro. Eventually, I got my money back from PayPal (still thankful for that) because the real seller in China, the company named Haojia Technology Co., Ltd doesn’t want to take any responsibility.

Absolutely disgusted. The bag I bought looked fabulous but when I received it the disappointment is an understatement. The bag looked very cheap and it was very small. Miles different to the picture. Rip off. Don't order.

I made my purchase Dec 2021 as Christmas gifts for my family in UK. This company is 100% fraud. I normally will read all reviews and blogs when I make my order especially from a website I have never ordered before because I was busy with work and Christmas rush, I followed a link from instagram and placed my order. I paid in USD and it’s not cheap. Description says genuine leather but when my family received the gifts after one month it was plastic and not as advertised on their website. Also the company is a China company and the shipping was done from China. I believed their story they shared about due to covid their business is affected and they are selling their bags and all with a discount. Because is Christmas time and I was going to buy gifts anyways I thought let’s help out this company while I send gifts to my family. They were not cheap and I did not order cheap bags so it was very heart breaking to know they delivered late and also the gifts were not even leather. All my hard earn money was down the drain, if I only knew this company is a total fraud I would have spent the money on something else for my family and not give them such a plastic cheap horrible gift which I paid a fortune for. If it’s from China they should say it’s from China, if it’s plastic they should say it, they did not. The website describe it as genuine handmade leather and charge a price for it and deliver garbage.

FRAUD.. DON'T BUY.

The photos are all photoshopped. Size is bigger than what is shown. Their customer service doesn't know english properly and won't agree to return and ask you so many questions as if they are god. Don't buy, I have all email chains. They claim their website is in USA but its actually in China and Phillipines. This is a fraudulent company. Don't buy from here. I have proof.

If I could leave a ZERO star instead of a necessary One Star, I would have!
A BOGUS COMPANY it is, folks.
They state their goods are made of leather, and my ($40.00+) bag is made of stinky smelling plastic.
Not one inch of this bag is made of leather as they claim!
I finally received an Email today. It stated that they send out ALMOST 100% of their products made of that dreaded word I've typed too often here... " LEATHER! "
I am so ticked off having to write this review, but if I can help anyone keep their hard earned money, it will be worth it...

Absolute waste of money. I purchased two ‘stained glass’ birds for my gran for Christmas, they looked lovely and legit in their advertising, meant to be hand painted glass but I can assure you what I received was nothing what it seemed online. Cheap printed plastic and a fraction of the size they claim it to be. So disappointed. SCAM! Stay away.

Bad company I tried to return the purse because my did not like the size and it did not look like the picture on their store site. After six emails I gave up as they will not send any return information. I would not have ordered if I knew they were not from the USA as their site leads you to believe.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. A few months back I saw Kurdran Store was appealing people on FB to help them by buying their products; they were closing down. I ordered 3 pieces: a tote bag, a wallet and a sling bag. After waiting for ages, I received only Tote bag, the quality is just okay, nothing great! After waiting for another months, my wait seemed unending, I emailed them. They gave me number of post office in Malaysia and asked me to call and confirm about the order. The tracking details seems fake, no order is shown on that details. The funny part is, the order was to be delivered in India and they asked me that logistics have ended the service and I need to check in Malaysian PO. Ridiculous!!!!!! They are highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
They don’t take responsibility if the orders are not delivered. So, I am considering this as a fraudulent act, one out of three bags delivered and rest- FRAUD!

Never buy from them!

I waited a very long time for my order and when it finally arrived, the bags I received are worthless garbage. I spent over $80 and got some bags that look like they cost about $5 to make. Complete garbage. The useless thief who responded to my email sounds like someone who is not a professional and English is definitely not first language. Very unprofessional and I'm pretty sure this guy is laughing all the way to the bank after selling his worthless garbage to unsuspecting people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this so called company!!!

My wife ordered one of Kurdran bags about a month ago. After reading the reviews she was scared she'd done something stupid. Well, she decided to use this as a learning experience and see what happens. The bag arrived today. It's actually very pretty. It's soft, has nice zippers and good lining. She's really pleased with the quality. There is no noticable odor about the bag. Just very soft and has the feel and look of leather but it is a vegan bag.
