Now they opened a new website ( Akukhan) with a same scam to cheat on more people. Scandalous!!!

Just read the review about this company but too late as made purchase on 15 Oct for 2 bags but received 1 bag today on 6th Nov. My transaction is paid in USD dollar and plus shipment fees as claim is ship from US. Confirm it is a scam as received the parcel today badly packed and quality is not leather as stated.

First, this purse is NOT leather, it is vinyl. It was not sewn correctly where the handle meets the purse. It cost me $10.00 to have it repaired. I like the purse even with the issues, but I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs I have dealt with.

Hi, I have only received two of my four items ordered, from a month ago. And I cannot get in contact with them. The two handbags that I have received are of such poor quality. Thinking of giving them to a charity shop or binning them. Really disappointed. I have been ripped off.

Zero stars! The order was not dispatched for over a month. Customer service is zero, no reply to emails. I got my money back by raising a dispute from my credit card. Now it has been dispatched today from China. This is not an American artisan company as the adverts will let you believe.

I bought two purses, they don´t look at all like the pictures. They are not made of leather and you can´t return them.

Please all complain to Facebook so they remove this scamming company! Their stuff, if it arrives at all, is cheap plastic 😠

Buyer beware!! First Lie, these products are not leather. Second Lie, they are not shipped from US. If you track your package, it clearly says it’s shipping from an international location. Third Lie, your satisfaction is NOT their objective. The pictures are deceiving. What I received was a small bag. It was advertised as large capacity. Their comment was “ Dear Sir/Madam, because the distance of the picture is very close, the object will look very big, which is a kind of visual effect, the product quality is very good, please rest assured to use, wish you a happy life”. What a crock 😠😠
I asked how to return it. But that was not an option. WHERE is the customer service?!?

It is a Scam company for sure. Do not buy anyone from them!

I have bought four bags from Instagram ads. Which all came separate times and verily poor quality smelly fake leather bags. Nothing close to their description on Instagram ads.
I have asked for refund. All the respond was rest assured and no words of how to refund.
I wish I thought everyone comment before I order. I would never ever buy any of their product.
If you are reading the comment. You are lucky to avoid wasting your money.

Saw it on facebook and fell for their scam, and when they didn't ship the bag after 2 weeks i started seeing it was a scam, at their homesite the link for email contact didn't work, and then i discovered it was a chinese website claiming to be based in New York! Luckily i paid with paypal and got my money back after i opened a case! WATCH OUT! SCAMERS!

The item I bought is so small you can't even fit a purse in it. Absolutely disgusted with product. No paperwork to send it back.... Very convenient.... Will never be ordering from them again

Just received my order from them and the bag is cheap and leather was not even real because there are yellow marks all over it.

Those are cheap quality Chinese product.Very cheap products.

I'd give 0 stars if I had a choice. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Bag arrived-100% pure plastic and cardboard to support the clasp! Weighs lighter than a plastic supermarket shopping bag. Emailed kurdran customer services- no reply. Raised a dispute through paypal- they have the bare faced nerve to argue this utter $#!TE is fine real leather of horse or whatever- if my horse had skin this fine that I could see through it- I'd seriously worry! This is PLASTIC FAUX PLEATHER. Liars and thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. now fighting to return this crap and spend my very hard earned money on something better. I'd be embarrassed to give this away it's so bad

They are absolutely terrible and cheep. For me this is just an organized crime to get money from honest people. I want to say shame on you, but you have no shame!

This is a scam. I got a cheap bag, made from some plastic.
It only has got aproximately same shape with the bag i ordered . Real leather... do not expect that!
Cheap stuff!

I have been trying to return and get a refund for the pleather piece of crap I was sold! I have been going back and forth with someone who is obviously Chinese as there are Chinese characters and the emails are riddled with errors. So far I've been told 1) the purse is real leather 2) it would take too long to return it 3) give it to a friend instead. Can you believe this BS?! I will probably never see my money. I am royally ticked off!
