Obviously, the products are coming from China.
The advertisement on FB is highly misleading. Many, including me, with sympathy, purchase 1 or a few items to support the continuity of the company, but our good intention was swallowed, this is typical Chinese tactic (thought i am a Malaysian Chinese ethic). 2 months of waiting, numerous e-mail communication, and ended up with a fake tracking number. I made a escalation to Paypal and I am lucky enough to get a refund (the money is on its way to my wallet). This is a bad experience and being a Malaysian-Chinese, i am really embarrassed by this.

Ordered 2 purses over $60. Waited for ever. Tracking shows delivered. Haven't received. Started emailing (no customer contact), back and forth emailing. First response after several days, when I said if I don't hear, I'd have to file a complaint. They gave me a strange tracking number that no one recognized. They said talk to your post office, post office didn't recognize the number. Very frustrated. Worst buying...
I should have payed attention where its actually coming from.
No resolution yet. You need a lot of patience and time to get any information out from them.
I want to rate NEGATIVE but there isn't available any..
Would never use them ever and hoping to get my money back. I hope I would....

I received one purse waiting for the other I ordered. The one that came today is the worst I ever had. Totally plastic looking. Hard as a rock. Workman ship UGH! Now I know why you are closing. Your ad makes these purses look beautiful. But when you get them I could not even use it. Boy, I wish I could get my money back!!!!! But I know that is impossible. Never again

SCAM! Their FB ad said that they are a husband and wife team selling handmade leather bags based in the US and are on the verge of closing shop as business was hit by the pandemic. DO NOT BELIEVE! This is actually a business run by a bunch of con artists in China. I placed an order and my purchased was charged to Haojia Technology Co. Ltd. Further checks on the company pointed to China as the place of business.

Beware this is a scam. My bag is ok but it is not leather it is plastic. Wish i could find a institution I can tell my story to. Very bad

I also read this reviews after place my orders … haven’t received my order but money has been deducted… totally unfair and total scam. I tried writing to request for my order but nobody replied …

This company is a scam! Their ads and site say they make genuine leather, handmade bags. It's a lie. I purchased a bag online and when I received it I could not believe it, the bag is synthetic material and when I asked them about a refund and returning the product, they still said it was leather. I have yet to get a response email as to how to get my money back.

It's a total scam. Advertised as real leather but sent cheap plastic/fabric bag.

Extremely disappointed! Purchased a "Retro handmade portable messenger leather bag" from their website that advertised beautifully hand made leather bags and I received a terrible quality looking bag made out of flimsy plastic! Looks and feels very cheap! Not leather at all! Do not buy from this seller, it is a scam, poor quality products.

Scam .... No delivery yet placed in September..... No reply from given email .... Do not get trap

Customer service is really really bad. Product doesnt match the picture and they are not ready to return in any way. I have asked them constantly for 3 weeks and they are forcing us to use it whereas we dont like it and they are not returning it.

This is a Scam sadly paid but got nothing and emailed and messaged them no response. Avoid at all costs.

I received all items. I ordered 3 bags. 1 looks quite nice and high quality. the other 2 are medium. I expected higher quality but overall it is not disappointing. If I have a complaint is about the time taken to receive the order and the tracking (no visibility over my package).

Haven't received any feedback on my order. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. No confirmation of order...nothing.

I have placed my order on 30th of September, paid for it. Never heard anything back from them. Emailed them twice, tried on messenger also no response. They are 100% scam,,, I understood that too late.
