Visited the Pool/Redruth branch today with a puncture. Ben assisted me and was honest and upfront as to when he could fit in. The repair was completed in the timeframe I was given, it was of good quality and assisted me getting back on the road.

Visited Kwikfit Burton today having spoken to Matt at the store in the morning to see if they could do a puncture repair. Matt & his colleague were very welcoming & did the repair in no time at all. They were quick & efficient and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely recommend this store to others.

Beware if you have your aircon regassed at KwikFit. I had mine done on 24 June at Harpenden and it failed a week later reverting to blowing warm air (the reason I’d gone there and waited 2 hours for the fix). On the plus side friendly staff in the garage and nice aircon in the waiting room. I contacted KF and was told in no uncertain terms that as the aircon was working for 10 minutes before I left the premises there was no comeback. So basically £150 in the bin for a couple of cool drives. I was told they do not check for leaks or any damage up front of the regas and that I needed to go elsewhere to get these diagnosed obviously at my own cost. I had no idea there was any problem like a leak and the car is only 4 years old. Basically once I’d paid and left they had no further interest!! Needless to say I have lost trust in them and
I will not be using them again for anything else ongoing.

My car was booked in for a 2pm appointment for 4x wheel balance and a change back to front which SHOULD take no longer than 20 minutes! I was kept waiting for 2 HOURS and 40 MINUTES.
Yes they were running behind but KwikFit are very good at sending text messages for everything other than warning clients of delays.
We live a distance from Newbury and if we were told about the delay would have made alternative arrangements.
To top it off the LOCK-NUT socket was removed from the boot and NOT RETURNED.
The following day went back to Kwik Fit Newbury as they opened to collect my LOCK-NUT SOCKET and guess what? NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! Will they replace it, lets wait & see?
This is the 2nd time I have had poor service at KwikFit and I certainly won’t be using or recommending them in the future..

Had my vehicle booked in for an mot at my local Petersfield branch to be told when I turned up for the appointment that they couldn't do the mot due to the lift being condemned. No attempt to contact me in advance to tell me this leaving me with no other option to get the mot done and leaving me without a vehicle for a week when it's needed for work. Useless customer service, will definitely not be using Kwik Fit in the future. AVOID.

Just back from kwikfit longman road inverness . Booked the car in for a brake check because in my opinion it needed new pads and discs on the back because of loud grinding when applying the brakes, i told kamal to go ahead with any work required. I got an email shortly after with my brake check results which showed no disc or pad wear and the issue was a moving part which had become stuck . This was rapidly rectified at a cost of £6 . Kamal kept me informed by phone . Another happy returning customer.

Came out, fitted the wrong tyres.
Came out second time to check if they did.
Came a third time to replace with correct one - the van broke down.
Came a fourth time and finally managed.
Wasted hours and hours of time chasing and waiting for someone to come out.
They tried to get me to keep the wrong tyres even though they’re not recommended for my car…
Only went with KwikFit because they had a slot sooner than others, ended up wasting 4x the time. Took 2 weeks to get it sorted. Next time will go with someone else.

Really bad service! I had to go twice because my AC was not charged. The manager told me to give me the refund and after one week it was not done. I have to contact them again and he said that 'He was working and it takes time to get through the company to make the refund that I could call them because I am at home' assuming that. After 3 weeks, he said that the company changed the law and its me who has to contact them for the refund. Really dissappointing! Never go there anymore. Still waiting for the refund

I have 2 weeks notice for tyre fitting and for second time in a row. They didn't have the tyre and I was not made aware until after my due time and had been sitting in all day waiting

This company really needs to get its act together with its online bookings. I booked online 4 days in advance (requiring payment upfront) for aircon re-gassing at Trowbridge branch only to be told on arrival that the whole day should have been blanked off as the technician only works certain days. Staff member told me this happens all the time especially with MOTs. Nuff said.

I am absolutely devastated and out of pocket after using Kwik Fit Nailsea. I originally went in needing only two tyres, and was contacted saying I need four replaced.
To make matters worse, when I got my car back before I left the property, I discovered that £45 in cash had been stolen from inside my car. This was the last bit of money I had set aside for myself, and losing it has left me incredibly anxious and upset.
I had informed staff where the wheel nut was when I handed over my car keys. I later had a call asking where it was and I explained it was in the drivers door pocket, as mentioned before.
When I went back into Reception after collection, to enquire if my cash had been moved whilst looking for the wheel nut. The staff said they didn’t see any cash nor go into the passenger side, as I had stated on the phone the wheel nut was in the drivers door pocket, although the cash was visible in the passenger door pocket when sitting in the drivers seat . The staff said to me that they had not taken my money. I then left because I felt completely embarrassed that I had to be having this conversation, as a client of their business and putting complete trust in them to leave cash in the car whilst they completed a service on my car of £322 for tyre replacements.
When I called to report the theft to the Manager, the staff were entirely unhelpful, dismissive, and told me I'd have to wait until next week just to speak to a manager. The lack of accountability and empathy is shocking. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use this branch again.

Took my car to Sleaford Kwik Fit for a Diagnostic check on Saturday 28th June '26, as I had an engine light come on on my dashboard.
My husband suggested it was possibly a sensor, as the same had happened to his car in the past.
They plugged it in and after merely 3 minutes, he came back into the reception area to tell me that it was a dirty DPF, it needed cleaning but unfortunately Kwik Fit dont do it. This 3 minute check cost me £40.
I asked him again was he sure that it wasnt a sensor, because I knew that was a big and expensive job, so was quite relieved when he said it was definately not a sensor, just the DPF.
I phoned around for somewhere to get the work done, and found that Halfords at Lincoln (17 miles away) did DPF deep cleaning, so booked it in for Friday 3rd July '26..... and I didnt drive the car at all in the time inbetween.
On taking my car to Halfords, he told me that the DPF was actually fine, he gave me a printout of their Diagnostic check, and it was pretty clean..... BUT it needed 2 sensors, as 1 of them was actually broken and one didnt work at all.
5 days of non-driving, how could KF have misdiagnosed my car and had the cheek to charge me £40 for plugging it in for just 3 minutes.
I wasnt given a diagnostic printout, I wasnt even given a receipt.
If KFs Diagnostic machine got my car so wrong, then I want my £40 refunded. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it was JUST the DPF and he assured me nothing else had come up on the machine.
they gave me Unreliable and incorrect diagnostics, I want to see what my readings were.
He was right in one aspect, it DEFINATELY didnt need a sensor...... it needed TWO, costing £900!
Dont get me wrong I would obviously still have had to get the sensors replaced, but I was given false information, and for that I believe its not unreasonable to ask for and be given a full refund.
