Two failed orders are enough
I ordered twice from the shop. My first order was canceled two weeks after submitting since the lamp was apparently sold out. I also haven’t been offered any discount for future shopping. I still decided to purchase another lamp in this shop. However, this time the delivery just did not take place. After contacting the shop I was informed the lamp has been returned to them and they cannot send it again. Please mind also that contacting them is not easy for a non German speaking person as they did not speak English, spoke fast and argued that the article has been delivered to me. I am still waiting for getting my money back, hopefully with the delivery costs back.
I don’t recommend it.

Never again
Never again! It takes ages to send their articles from Germany to Austria. The articles are sent with DPD , which never disappoints with its horrible service. I experienced all of these: Packages lost, sent to the wrong adress, articles delivered totally damaged, articles missing inside the package or in the worst case noboby had any clue where tha Box was delivered.
Lampenwelt is 0 helpfull cuz they dont feel responsible as long as the stuff is sent through DPD…I pay Lampenwelt and they should find the solution if I dont get what I ordered on their website!!!! It’s 6th of Nov and Im still waiting to get what I ordered at the beginning of October!Never again! Qalliu Esmerilda

package was delivered broken, it's not proper preparation for on-line shipment, some parts got scratched or broken ( scratches on bottom metal panel + broken plastic ring on lamp shape).

It was good that I could re-order the lamp anew at no extra cost; not get charged doubly. In other words, I received a refund for the first one that broke while mounting and attaching the shade.
Also I appreciated that I was informed of the delayed delivery dates twice.
