We ordered our lamp in beginning of…
We ordered our lamp in beginning of January. Then first our shipment was delayed for a couple of times and then our payment was cancelled. Until April we didn’t hear anything from Lampenwelt. Therefore we thought the order was cancelled, and decided to buy another lamp. At the end of April, all of a sudden the order we made on January, which we don’t need anymore, was delivered to us, indicating we will now need to make the payment. We wanted to return the shipment, but it is too heavy to carry to the post office.
Now we are left with an order we made months ago, that we heard nothing of aince months, and now even returning it is a burden on us which is really digficult to make.

Ordered a lamp a month ago
Ordered a lamp a month ago. Delivery was confirmed and paid by me via Paypal. No delivery! On request, it was said that the delivery was on the way. After two weeks I wanted my money back - then I have to send the lamp (which I don't have) back! Everything is not serious. A foreign GmbH!

The packaging was a disaster
The packaging was a disaster. The bug boxes were not filled up with fillers, so the small boxes were flying around, some also got opened and the lamps fell out half way. The big boxes were not sealed, they were just wrapped around 2 times with these slim strong rope kind of things. I hope none of the lamps got damaged :(

We got the lamps after 5 weeks time durind I had to call the seller 3 times - therefore the comunication should get as well a low rating.

They deserve 0 (ZERO) points in review. In 25 years doing lighting design and projects, had countless installations and partners all over the world. Lampenwelt and their other websites around the Europe ARE THE MOST LOUSY ones I ever was in contact with. Absolutely no support, no answering the emails for thye new company registration, co calls back. And I have several projects in the pipeline including the hotel renovations. NOBODY CARE about it. Can you imagine that you paid them some amount and for sure some amount of that cheap sourced Chinese product will not work as expected. When they will give you support??? NEVER. Their phone answering machine is starting with: IF YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT FUNCTIONING......Long story short: AVOID AT ANY COST. I will never ever try to buy anything there and strongly discourage you to do the same. This is tooooo much. Good luck.
