Issue with sending me and invoice and did not reply even though I sent them three times email. Finally they sent me the last mahnung while i was on holidays and obviously I have incurred all the money and time and still get charged by all other companies because they outsource they payment processing and did not update them! Ridiculous. Will never order from them again. Beware as their customer service is very bad and will never try to help you.

I ordered a product on the 18th of November. Lampenwelt made an error in the delivery address (which I have provided correctly). Due to that error the courier DPD could not deliver the package. After contacting DPD Germany they confirmed to me that DPD will accept correction to the delivery address only from the Sender (Lampenwelt.de) and not from me the recipient.
Lampenwelt.de refuses to contact DPD to correct the error.
On my request to get a refund I was told that only when the parcel is returned I can get my refund. Currently the parcel is stuck in the DPD warehouse. It has been 4 weeks and I have no product or money. Very poor customer service.

There is no clarity on when items will be delivered, and we cannot see on their website which items from an order were delivered and which are still being processed. In my case, the delivery time was given for just one item in the total order, which made me think that the other items were missing. Other items were delivered well past the stated delivery time, and one item is still missing. It is a strange design decision not to show which items have been delivered, or which ones can be expected at which time. I asked if there was a way to check this information, and they did not answer that question.

The lamp is very good but if you make the length of the cable around 90cm will be so hard to cover all the remain cables

If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. My light was never delivered despite being charged over £100. I am having to make a legal claim to recover my money but company details in the UK are hard to find and customer service no longer responding. The company is based in Germany. If you read other reviews you will see that delivery is a problem
In reply to this there will be a stock reply from the company telling me to get in touch with their customer services but I have been trying to do this for days without receiving any reply. If the company seriously wants to help they would provide UK address details in their reply

I am rarely so positively impressed with a company’s customer service. I got immediate responses to several queries. I wanted to return half the items as well - immediately got return labels for a lamp but the company told me I can keep the bulbs as they want to reduce unnecessary transport and CO2 emissions. I am very impressed.
The item I am keeping is fantastic

Lampenwelt does not seem to care about their customers. Was looking to order 5 lamps with a discount coupon, but somehow did not find it on the screen and the German support center is a total disaster as they are not really interested in even understanding the customer issue and just dish out stock replies. Had to call an international number in UK at my own expense and the support rep was helpful and said someone would look into the matter to see if they can still apply the Coupon and get in touch with me.
Instead they simply cancelled the order - probably what was not sent out - without bothering to check and we only received the partial order and money refunded for the remaining items - no clarification nor notification!
Absolute disaster!!

Fast delivery

I bought an LED ceiling light. These come with a fairly standard life expectancy of 20,000 hours or more. The delivery was fine and it worked well. However, this is a light that was hardly turned on and has blown after being used for less than 100 hours. After contacting the company, I received an auto-reply saying they would be in touch within 5 days. This did not happen, and when added to the extremely poor life span of the light, leads me to such a poor rating.
