The items were very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition - in spite of the delivery driver who preferred to abandon the package leaning up against the front door instead of walking a few yards and leaving it safely on the bench under the car port.

Really poor quality for the price. Looks cheap and comes with no bulb. It needs Edison screw-type.

Excellent service. Ordered 7 Energiser LED tubes and they were delivered the next day - very well wrapped and almost half the price elsewhere. They are brighter than the fluorescent tubes they replaced, turn on instantly and use less than half the power. They can be directly swapped with the old tubes using the dummy LED starters provided and with no rewiring needed or, as I did, you can bypass the redundant ballast thereby saving even more power and avoiding future problems when that component fails. Top firm.

Looking for some fluorescent tubes for kitchen and garage. Comprehensive selection and all at a very good price, much cheaper than diy stores even allowing for high delivery costs. Again the convenience of shopping from home. Will use again when time arises.

Where is my item that I ordered for next day delivery?? Why are you not answering emails and phone calls??

I ordered 10x projector lamps on the 7th September 2022 and paid for next day delivery.As of 13th September i've still not received my lamps.I contacted
the help line but all they could say was that the courier could not deliver as promised.They then said it would be 13th September but parts have still not arrived.

used this company berfore and they still provide an excellent service and quick delivery

Upon delivery realised we accidently had emergency bulbs as opposed to the standard ones. Still in box and 4 hours after delivery, point blank refused to swap them out and take them back. Even at our delivery expense.

Easy to search and select products I needed and set the quantity and then see a discount on the total but best of all I was able to select the delivery options I preferred.

Fast delivery. Just what I needed.
My only problem was that when I tried to check on my order the website information hadn't been updated and I didn't even know it had been despatched. I just got the delivery without any information. Yet I received 3 emails when I placed the order

Ordered a special light bulb arrived within 48 hours. Well packed. Bulb intact .cheaper with postage than local shop.

Website was easy to use, found what I needed, the bulb was perfect size and price was very good,
delivery was on time

Ordered 3 battens with led tubes. Delivered the next day.
One of the led tubes was made incorrectly. I called customer services and no quibble a new tube was dispatched that was delivered the next day.
Cannot fault their customer service or dispatch times.
