Julie made the process of ordering my new bed and mattress so easy and exceptional. Her help and advice helped me so much in making my choice. The time she spent answering my questions and advising me on my mattress choice was excellent, at no point did I feel rushed or pressured.

Purchased a mattress from here, (Wigan branch). Can only say how satisfied I was with the whole process, from the sales lady (Irene) thru to the purchasing dept. - would highly recommend to anyone looking for bedding / mattresses

Louise was very helpful from the moment we walked in. We explained the mattress we wanted had been discontinued so she showed us around the various options that were similar. No pressure, left us alone to try them all out. Gave us advice on pillows. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely fantastic service delivered by Land of Beds over the past few days whilst looking at ottoman bed frames, choosing upholstery and selecting mattresses. Louise provided excellent customer service, was highly responsive - initially via live chat - and supported my final choices by emailing lots of photos of fabrics to suit my colour scheme. Highly recommend Land of Beds.

Excellent service from a lovely helpful lady (JULIE) who was very capable of answering all my questions - she was not at all pushy - guided me throughout every step of purchasing a new bed - I had so many questions to ask - nothing was too much trouble for Julie to answer - she put my mind at rest with all her incredible knowledge - it was a pleasure to deal with her for start to end - thank you so much

I would make this 3.5 stars if I could. The product we bought looks to be ideal, but time will tell. The ordering experience was straightforward & the courtesy call afterwards was appreciated. We were taken by surprise to be told when our delivery date & time would be. We had hoped we would be able to discuss & agree upon that over the phone, but it wasn't the case. We were disappointed that there was no opportunity to request delivery and assembly of our sofa bed, even at an additional cost to us, which we would gladly have paid. There are always ways around these things tho, so basically, so far, so good 🤞

I was needing a little help to buy a mattress for my daughter, having already bought a total new bed from you for our spare room. Charley was very helpful and the two orders have now been combined into one delivery. Here’s hoping all goes smoothly on delivery day!!

Good communication and prompt updates

Customer services were great. AND HUMAN!! Not bots

Booked the day off work to wait in for the delivery. We had paid an extra £20 to pick the day of delivery, and as weekends were not an option we stayed off work today to make sure someone could take the bed in. I received an email saying it would be delivered before 24/7 so I tried calling Land of beds but could not get through, left a voicemail and then later got a call saying that the delivery people cannot deliver today. Have had to rearrange now, despite paying and taking a day unpaid holiday. Our bed is broken, hence why we paid for a quick delivery. We now have to wait until Saturday for the bed to be delivered. When land of beds called they said they were refunding £20 as I requested (obviously as they had not delivered the bed on the correct day- delivery was free and the £20 was to choose the day). But when I said I was upset about booking the day off work the woman interrupted and said ok thanks bye and hung up the phone. Really disappointed with this service.
