Please do not buy from this company company. They do not answer emails or their online enquiry form. Parts come from overseas and take months to arrive. I tried to contact them to find out where my new laptop battery was and never received a reply. I therefore brought from another online company who delivered next day.
I would like to return the battery but cannot get hold of them.
Do not buy!!!

I placed an order for a charger with a degree of scepticism that I would ever see it delivered. However 3 weeks later and a well packaged parcel arrived at my house containing exactly the charger I had ordered.

Whether it is truly OEM is somewhat unverifiable, however in any case the a/c adapter works well, is completely compatible with my laptop, and is far smaller than anything I could find from a UK based store.

So yes I would recommend this store, just be prepared to wait for delivery!

Like so many ordered battery for HP laptop that never arrived. Told delayed by shipping. Given a fake tracking number. Fortunately obtained refund from PayPal. Wasted about six weeks waiting for an item that would never arrive.
Do not consider using this company.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed an order for my DELL laptop battery. I had to chase them for non delivery and they claimed it was in the post. Chased up again a week later to be told that if I did not receive it in 4 to 5 days, I should contact them again. Chased them a couple of more times and they did not reply.
Since I paid with PayPal, I passed the issue to them who chased them and then Paypal refunded me, not the company.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY PRETENDING TO BE FROM THE UK

They are without doubt the worst shower of thieves and liars I have ever dealt with. Utter charlatans. Never use them. I ordered a battery for my camera and didn’t hear anything for a few weeks. I sent an email checking on my order status and was told as batteries are restricted post items there would be a delay, ok that’s fine. I waited some more and eventually realised that my order may not have been processed as when I checked the account page of their site my order was still “pending”.
Well I emailed again quoting the previous email reply I had from them saying that my order was on it’s way and delayed and then mentioning that my order showed as pending.
I was stunned to get the reply that I had apparently received my order and if I wanted to check I could use this tracking number for the delivery. Well I tried the number which turned out to fake and got back in touch only to be told that this was a courier problem and I would have to get in touch with them about it. Completely unacceptable. This situation now for me is that they have been paid for an item that neither they nor the courier they gave me can confirm was delivered and they are no longer responding to any emails about the matter. They have just taken my money and flipped me the finger.As I said at the start, they are without doubt the worst shower of thieves and liars I have ever dealt with. Utter charlatans. Never use them.

Like so many I ordered a Bose soundlink battery and complained in various ways including by post to Birmingham address on website (which appears to be an industrial unit on satellite view) after many weeks delay in shipment. Amazingly I received this yesterday - 4 weeks late and it is clearly a knock off - cells manufactured in 'korea' ( is it North?) and put together in china. Real ones are Japan and mexico! Product has different barcode and black tape covers one of the several places that it claims to be 'Bose'. So received but I doubt its performance - and will it hi jack connected devices (who knows?)
UPDATE ON 07/11/20: My letter to the postal address was returned by Royal Mail as 'not known at this address' - so at best it is an accommodation
address - steer clear - I have not so far dared to install the battery provided!

Worst company ever ! Please read all reviews before buying anything. They promise orignal product - FALSE, 3-10 business days delivery - FALSE (expect 2 months if you’re lucky enough to get it). Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..
To not buy with them!

I wish I had read the reviews. They are all true. Sent me the wrong part and although they appear to have a uk website they are based in China. Terrible communication and customer service. Sending anything back is made almost impossible and in my case the cost of postage would have been more than the item cost. STAY CLEAR!

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered a battery and after a week no updates no shipping no battery no responses to message on website and no response to emails. Scammers

It I could put zero stars I would. This company IS NOT based in the UK. They do not reply to emails or direct messages. I have still not received my delivery after contacting them 8 times!! It has been weeks since I ordered the product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ok I ordered and then after not receiving my charger after a week I saw this site and feared the worst. The following day I received my delivery.

If it's fake I can't fault it. It looks the same and is the same weight and the BIOS on my laptop is all convinced it's a Dell 240 watt charger and so am I to be honest.

I have now realised it's significantly cheaper than direct from Dell. You pay your money.....

Well,

I had to chase them up for an update on my order's shipping info and that was after almost 3/4 days of waiting observing it via their website. The person responded after 3 days of sending email on 3rd day via their support email address to state it was posted the following day it was ordered. The charger arrived about eight days later after originally ordering it.

HOWEVER, they appear to be running under about 3 different business names which includes HX Power. Their Paypal email address they've registered is a Gmail account which is VERY strange, as the company's details are in Chinese on the Paypal.

In regards to the Asus charger received outward appearance it looks 100% identical to my original Asus charger, and if it is a Chinese knock off then it's an extremely good one which appears to be charging fine anyway. I know there's a generic version of the original out there except the images I've seen of it doesn't show the Asus symbol on one side or the Asus labeling either, but this one from laptopartstore does Asus name on one side while the other side has what appears to be a genuine label sticker too. The outer packaging it came in has been relabeled with a sticker on top of it, and that tells me they are stockpiling chargers by keeping them within their bubbled bagged like packaging for safe keeping it seems.

So, either pay almost £100 for a genuine charger direct from Asus or an authorized Reseller or buy from laptopartstore instead, but don't expect 24/48hr response as it doesn't seem to happen with them apparently from my experience possibly a one person relabeling packages to be shipped out from their UK address I bet.

The other reviews I've read about no response or no delivery maybe didn't take into account the Pandemic causing severe disruptions to no/delayed shipments possibly. However, like I stated above it's strange they have different names for business including only registering a Gmal account with Paypal too.

Warning!!!!!! Fake Cheap Chinese Knockoff please stay away from seller. He has 2 websites Laptopartstore.co.uk and acadapter.co.uk . Seller is in China and his people in UK ship stuff from UK from stock its called Dropship. On website he wrote manufactured by apple 🙄 total Lie !!!! I received charger its cheap knockoff Chinese fake Copy written on it Replacement ac adapter looks fake feel fake it is fake, no serial number no logo cheap chinese fake charger .

No communication, no product, this is bordering on fraud. Going through paypal now.

Avoid this vendor. No communication whatever after online checkout in August 2020 and no product delivered (had ordered an official MS Surface pen). Fortunately Paypal refunded the payment October 2020.

Ordered a battery September...got an email saying they received the order...no further email to say despatched. Emailed them again and asked for details of despatch and they messaged back to say it had been sent two days before, but no tracking number. I emailed again and asked for the tracking and contact Hermes. No details. Have emailed three times since and heard nothing and had nothing. Have reported to Fraud. Havent got my money back.

Ordered a battery which took about 6 weeks to arrive by which time I did not need it as I had sourced one from another supplier. Contacted Laptoparts by e mail several times to return the item but they did not respond. I could not get hold of them on the telephone. I will never use this suplier again and wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They also trade as HX Power Source. They sent me the wrong charger and refuse to respond to any of my emails. The links to the form you are supposed to complete to get a RMA number does not exist. The is no number to phone them on. And their trading address does not exist. It takes you to a residential area if you do a search on the address. A bunch of crooks. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards

Got my money back from PayPal today ! As I had a very bad feeling, I told the post office I would not accept the delivery (when it finally arrived after 2 months!). I ordered from their "local looking" web shop that promised one week delivery... Had I accepted the delivery, - who knows what kind of rubbish I would have found inside the parcel. These people are criminals, - and if you have any yet not delivered goods, - refuse it when it eventually arrives. Then it's easier to get a PayPal refund. If you accept the parcel and then want your money back it will be a never ending story.
