Very easy to find and book what we were looking for

Plenty of detail about the properties but not always showing whether there's a bath or just a shower and, for medical reasons, I can't shower. (Don 't ask!); useful to have previous customers' reviews but are some negative comments omitted? there seemed to be none! Otherwise no complaints. I'd've liked to've given 3.5 stars

Booking the Property was so easy and simple for some one like me who panics at the site of a computer

We wanted a last minute break in West Wales. We wanted a space with a garden to run two small boys and a dog. But easily accessing local towns and beaches.
The website was easy to use. Gave a good range of options.
Payment was simple and post booking support really exceptional.
We are really looking forward to our weekend away. Diolch.

We stayed at the Casa Del Artista ground floor apartment with my family and I will not be recommending this unpleasant place to anyone that wishes to stay here in the future.
We had booked our stay there for 4 nights and arrived on the 4th of July 2025 but checked out 24 hours after as we could not physically stay 1 more night there.
At the beginning of our arrival we had issues with check in, during our arrival we could not help but notice the apartment was not in fact clean. In fact, it was completely filthy, sticky floors, sand under the foot stool, dust on every peace of furniture in each room, bedrooms were damp and humid with no access to open up a window to air out the damp smell. Each room was decorated very poorly as it is such a dark apartment, poor lighting through out the property, dark laminate floor boards, dark walls with bad scratches all over, dark rugs with stains on them. The throws were dirty and already used by the looks of it as there was food stains on them and it smelt of wet dog.
If you are also traveling for business I do not recommend there as the wifi and phone signal is very bad. The only room I could do my work in was the front garden which is open to all public.
Oven had previously been used and had grease inside it, kettle water had not been emptied prior to our arrival, insect bites throughout our duration of our stay, hence one of the main reason we had to vacate and go back home early. We have stayed in plenty of luxury apartments all over and this has been by far the worst one yet.
We have had such an unpleasant experience with the owner that had only managed to respond to our previous matters 24 hours later and did not answer our constant phone calls that day either.
Owner refused to send a refund and had the cheek to try and turn all blame back on us after seeing all evidence. I’ve also attached photos for everyone’s awareness.

Total rubbish.
Made a booking, 30 minutes later was cancelled by them, then tried getting a refund but could not actually speak to anybody, only a wattsapp chat which is automated and no help at all.
Avoid this company!!!!!!!!
