I contacted this firm re.online conveyancing. Contrary to the positive reports of many of the previous clients, my experience was wholly negative. The company uses a legal programme use Hoowla whict tracks the process of buying and selling. It assumes a legal and computing level of skill to operate, and the website offers various methods of help for the uninitiated. It is a million miles away from intuitive. From day one, I was expcted to complete numerous legal forms using this method. Appeals for help were ignored totally, the only response being further online demands to complete the forms. My time is as valuable as any other, and I have no wish to contribute to the iincreasing and unnecessary dehumanisation of society, even as a proxy.

Carolyn Shakespeare was fantastic in our first time purchase. She was seamless, got on with the job and got everything done on time to a high standard. There were hardly any delays or issues on our side and when the odd issue or question came from seller side, she was on it straight away.
She kept us updated on the important parts by email and replied quickly if we had questions. She was also easily reachable by phone, which we appreciate isn’t the case with all solicitors!
All in all a great experience with Carolyn and Lawcomm for our first time purchase.

As a first-time buyer, I was really nervous about the whole process. Vaishnavi, my conveyancer, was absolutely amazing! She has such a lovely manner and was always there to answer any questions I had. She kept me informed every step of the way. From offer to completion, it took about 10 weeks, if not less. The worst experience. Just the worst. We were unlucky enough to have Josh assigned to our case initially. Didn't respond to emails, made some basic GDPR errors, and was quite happy to blame his team members for mistakes made. Sloppy, shoddy and unprofessional. For reasons never explained, our case was then assigned to Carolyn, who was much better. However, throughout the process we never felt we were in safe hands, and found Lawcomms to be reactive rather than proactive. They made an already stressful process much more stressful. I'd say avoid this lot and spend your money on a decent solicitor who knows what they are doing.

Lawcomm were very competitive on price and our solicitor Surinderpal was very efficient and pro-active during our sale. We were very impressed with her professionalism and communications during the whole process.

Read through the reviews and hoped Natalie would be available for our conveyancing as everyone was singing her praises.
She was luckily and it was just as well as the whole process was beset with pitfalls and problems from the other parties.
Natalie was always contactable or would phone straight back, diligent with informing the rest of the chain, reassuring with information and charming with a nice sense of humour.
In contrast I described our buyer and her woeful virtue signalling solicitor efforts as a "catalogue of incompetence" so it was a challenge.
Wards estate agents offered me the services of their in-house solicitor but I chose Natalie and saved £1500 on their fee.
Win win situation, superb in every department thank you Natalie and a bottle of Moet is winging it's way to the office in appreciation.
