Fantastic service and product from LCE Newcastle. John and Jonny were brilliant!

Easy to find what I wanted on the website and make the purchase. Item was in stock, I was kept informed of progress, and it was delivered promptly by a reliable and reputable delivery service. Very pleased with the item so far - exactly what I was looking for. Also there is an LCE store local to me in Reading should I have any issues in the future. Actual camera shops are a rarity these days.

Having seen the Olympus 14-42mm EZ lens advertised for sale, I jumped at the chance of getting a replacement for my recently-failed one.
I sent a query about part-exchanging my Olympus 17mm f2.8 and received a rapid response.
Collection was arranged, quickly checked by staff and the order given to proceed with the deal.

I purchased a camera that was decribed as good condition it was not good condition it was excellent! condition.

I was slightly worried that the lens was described as "good" rather than "excellent" after talking to someone at the branch (who implied that their descriptions erred on the side of caution) I decided to risk it. In fact I suspect most people would have described the lens as "virtually mint"!

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Received regular updates.

Alway have something interesting in the shop I try to go every Saturday with the wife and often come out of the shop two or three maybe five hundred pounds lighter 😅, Staff always help and give honest advice regrettable couldn't supply me with a Nikon D850 with 50mm lens filter and Nikon battery grip with spare battery had to go to Wex wife spent over three thousand pounds at Wex.
This camera was bought as a birthday present from the wife.
