Nice tool, but there is no way to proceed with payment if your card is non EUR currency. You should fix that.

lack of customer service
Despite repeated, daily attempts to contact them by phone and email in English And French for support no one has responded to me.
I set up an account and collected funds for an Irish association but it is a group of volunteer and not a big organisation. They don't have a join bank account, an address or a DOB. That mean I can't do any transfer to them because I did the mistake to put the name of the association as the beneficiary and not the name of the volunteer who is suppose to received the money to deals whit their expenses. I can't have anyone answer me to know what is the process to do to fix this situation. We have urgent bills to payed and it put everyone in stress. For everyone, put your own name as beneficiary and do the transfer yourself otherwise it is a nightmare and a no ends stories. I understand the legal security but I can't understand the lack of customer service.
update, they transfer this information to our compliance team as last time, I am still waiting.

Horrendous service
Horrendous service. Minus 5 stars. Huge mistake to join, please don't do it, spare yourself the emotional turmoil. Literally any other platform is better. There is scant information on the website on what is needed to transfer a pot, to trick you into signing up and make it appear quick and easy, and it is anything but.
I'm a globally recognized professional and scientist and have been raising money for over two decades for many humanitarian missions all over the world. I have never been treated this way.
I organized a private pot for a colleague at the University of Cambridge whose father had passed away (entirely private pot, only our colleagues have contributed based on my invitation - I could have well just given them a private account) and I have been messed around for over a month. Incomplete information, lack of communication, emails being ignored by incompetent, lazy, disrespectful employees, pots transfers being rejected over and over again with no explanation whatsoever. When I eventually provided all the documents, I stopped receiving replies. The money is still blocked. Our tragic loss at this difficult moment was never even empathically acknowledged. We are all shocked and shook by the experience.
UPDATE: As painful as it is for us to consider this possibility, we are fearing the worst: that this might be an elaborated fraudulent scheme. Upon having provided every document they asked for, they belatedly replied with more requests that don't make any sense because we have already complied with everything, therefore refusing to release our money.
We now know that Mangopay, their sister fintech company, was fined for money laundering, which might be why they are so horrendously incapable to properly assess the required documents or Leetchi might simply be a continuation of the fraud.
There are articles in French that detail the sentencing process, which unfortunately I can't post here.
We will proceed to alert the police, because we feel like we have no other option left. To add to the fraud and cover-up suspicion, in the span of one day, the main Leetchi website removed the link to the Trustpilot rating.
No one has reached out to actually comfort us or reassure us in any way, despite the fact that they have our phone number. The latest emails we received as a result of this review are simply a continuation of the same tone that got us to where we are today.
We are extremely worried, hurt, and appalled by this behavior and we feel that these apologetic words are simply not to be trusted, given the reality of what is going on.

Horrible service
Horrible service - they take no money and keep silent for days.
Can’t get my money transfer for several weeks — they ask documental proof that the money were collected for a company, but I’m an individual and surely don’t have these documents.
Being asked a bill or a quote, relevant to money pot, with the company's identification (stamp, signature, address, etc.) is simply ridiculous for private money pots!
I also asked of refund to all the people who donated my money pot as they said they would do it no charge, but since then I can get no replies.

I tried to do a money pot for a birthday but in the end, the group decided to send directly the cash to the beneficiary. Though, one person managed to send them to the pot on leetchi. For a couple of days the money dissapeared: they were not in the pot and not in the bank account. I tried to reach leetchi help center, without any answer. In the end, they replied and explaind to me. Overall, i would rate the experience as not that bad.

TERRIBLE!
I collected money for a donation in favor of a ONG in memory of a friend's mum who passed away. I anticipated the money and made the donation with my credit card while I was waiting for Leetchi to complete the transfer to my bank account. A month later, money have not been transfer yet! I contacted the customer service who asked me crazy information such as proof of the ONG registration, ID of the organisation's president/director, List of Board of Directors/Board of Trustees. Where the hell am I suppose to find this information?! They also asked me personal details (ID and bank account details) of my friend who obviously did not participate in the money pot as it was organized for her mom. It's impossible to contact them via phone and I still don't know how to get my money as I have already paid the ONG with my credit card.

Still ignoring me
Well, I've now provided all the information they claim they need and have still not heard back from them in over a week, despite "Alice" from their customer service team promising me in response to the review below that they would be in touch.
They've basically just stolen 180 euros

At present, Leetchi has taken our money
To call our experience with Leetchi horrible is a gross understatement. Despite repeated, daily attempts to contact them for support no one has responded to us.
We set up an account and collected funds in GBP. We were notified back in March that no new Honeypots could be opened in a different currency than Euros. Well and good. We were then told that we had to transfer our money out of the account before April 27th. Fine. Upon attempting to make the transfer, it failed - this is after we told them in writing we were making the transfer and they replied, in writing, 'GREAT!'.
When we went to login after the failed attempt - thinking it was incorrectly entered information - our account was shown as 'suspended' and we could no longer gain access. Upon querying this we were THEN told our account 'had to be closed' and that all of our money, collected over a year, was refunded to the donors.
1) No notice that funds were being returned was sent - to us the organisers OR the donors
2) No cause for the refund has been provided to date
3) The donors did not receive notice of the refund at any time; nor information about from whom the refund was issued thus complicating locating the returned funds.
4) Leetchi continue to ignore our repeated attempts to contact them for an explanation and support.
The project is happening within a month and now the funds we need are no longer available. We now must ask our donors to recommit to our project, months after they donated, but there is no guarantee all money will be restored. In effect, Leetchi has stolen money from us.
I will not recommend this service to anyone and in fact, as arts professionals my colleagues and I who work in London, France, Italy and New York will be warning as many artist's and others not to use this service and to avoid it at all costs.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this has jeopardized the very project it aimed to aid and there is no excuse for how deeply Leetchi has failed us.
