THEY DO NOT PAY YOUR MONEY
BE CAREFUL this website does not pay your money!
We collected a wedding money pot and after closing they always refuse the bank transfer.
Their customer service does not work: the phone is out of service and in email they send template messages.
They want us to send them some of the donators ID card what is evidently not possible. So they retain more than 1000€

Really Poor service
Really Poor service.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for the funds raised on the platform to be transferred to my account. The response has been unprofessional and very slow and after several attempts to reach them they simply ignore emails. I would recommend using other websites because Leetchi is very incompetent.

If you live outside of France AVOID
If you live outside of France like myself who is based in the UK please take my advice and find a similar company based in your country, nearly a month since I was due the money had to pay from my own finances to not let others down while I try and obtain the funds I’m owed and they do everything they can to delay and hold back the money. Honestly disgusted with their service, support and company values wish I could rate them -5*
