New bike purchase.
Very efficient service from ordering online delivery to Newport store using click and collect. Staff in Newport were very friendly and very helpful. Helped me understand the bike I bought in detail and helped load it into the car on a rainy day. Would recommend 👌

really helpful and good stock and prices
I'd ordered something for local collection but it turned out that this was going to be a nightmare to collect so I spoke to the store and they sorted it out for me. They didn't make me feel like it was too much hassle or anything, really impressed.
