After 6 years the handle of my fridge…
After 6 years the handle of my fridge is broken, it appears to be design fault. Only needs a small spring to be replaced. Liebherr is asking me £63.00. Bad quality, bad Customer Services.

A very helpful company keen to guard the good name of their products
I have a Liebherr CUN 3033 fridge/freezer and the freezer compartment broke down two weeks out of the 2 year warranty. I rang Coolectric the agents for Liebherr in the UK and without any hesitation they arranged for an engineer to come out. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed after several visits by the engineers. Cooletric arranged for a a brand new replacement CUN 3033 fridge/freezer. What a fantastic service from a quality company and manufacturer.
