I am writing this to warn everyone: stay from LifePoints. They are very unprofessional and unfair.
As I was about to redeem my rewards the Gift Card section disappeared from my dashboard. I contacted support. Got a copy-paste message from Olivia. She said:
* My account is suspended for Quality Standards.
* She could not provide details about the suspension for security reasons.
This is a scam. I was loyal for, over a year. Suddenly did not pass their quality standards just as I was about to get paid. It's clear that LifePoints waits for users to accumulate points then bans them to avoid paying.
To everyone reading this: LifePoints is taking advantage of you for free market research. They sell your info to companies and then kick you out with no money. I wasted my time and effort on this company.
LifePoints is not a survey site; it's a data-harvesting scam. Don't trust them.

I submitted my redemption but later I realized I hadn't received it. My points had been returned to my balance and the redemption cancelled. Contacting the Help Center I received an answer stating that my membership has been suspended and my points were forfeited.
Horrible company, AVOID!!!

The number of surveys provided per day is less as compared to other sites or apps, but the percentage of completed surveys is much more.
It is a legit source of earning money, it can improve a little by giving rewards within 2-3 working days but it is fine. Overall, Lifepoints has helped me to earn more money than all other individual sources in the same span of time.
Sometimes, the users get disqualified while they are doing a survey because the researchers have obtained sufficient number of responses. In that case, the disqualified users must be compensated according to the time they spent while doing that particular survey.

Am Very Dissapointed That My Account Has Been Suspended And The Points That I Had Earned Have Been Cancelled. I Contacted Support Staff Regarding Account Suspended They Are Not Very Professional About My Issue. I Highly Suggest Do Not Take Any Surveys Because After You Reach Minimum Points They Will Suspend Your Account.

Thanks for giving meaning survey and rewards

LifePoints is one of the most frustrating survey sites I’ve used. There are barely any surveys available, so earning points feels like a waste of time from the start. Then when you finally want to redeem, they push you toward linking an authenticated PayPal account instead of just offering straightforward gift card options like other sites do. That is unnecessarily invasive for an already subpar rewards system.

I would give a minus score if I could! Absolute joke of a site. I have completed surveys in good faith and now when I have gone to claim the points that are rightfully mine I have been unable to. On contacting the support panel I have been informed (like so many others it would appear) that my account has been suspended and the points I had earned have been cancelled. I have been given no explanation as to why just a wishy washy I didn't meet quality standards! Come off it! How?! I answered questions honestly. I was using this whilst on maternity to help with little costs here and there but have been scammed quite clearly. Save yourself the trouble DO NOT sign up to this!

My experience with LifePoints has been extremely disappointing.
I completed over 30 surveys honestly and spent a significant amount of my valuable time on the platform. Over time, I accumulated approximately ₹2000 in rewards, which I had not yet redeemed. Without any prior warning, my account was suddenly suspended and all my earned points were forfeited. When I contacted support, I only received generic responses stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no specific explanation provided.
I have carefully reviewed the Terms & Conditions and, to the best of my understanding, I have not violated any rules. What makes this especially upsetting is that I genuinely relied on this as a small way to treat myself. I work full-time and also have family responsibilities, which makes it difficult to make ends meet. These rewards were something I had earned through my time and effort, and losing them without explanation feels extremely unfair. At the very least, I believe users should be allowed to redeem the points they have already earned. I used other survey channels like Swagbucks and Valued opinions, such a thing has never happened.
I would appreciate a proper review of my case and a fair resolution.
UPDATE: Following LifePoints’ public response, I raised a ticket with the reference “SITEREVIEW-TP” as requested.
My case was reviewed again by their Quality Team, but the decision was upheld without any specific explanation. I continue to receive the same generic response stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no transparency or evidence provided.
It is extremely disappointing that even after escalation, there is no accountability or willingness to offer a fair resolution. At the very least, users should be allowed to redeem the rewards they have already earned through their time and effort.
This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

It is excellent experience with life points. I recently received an e-gift card. The surveys were easy to complete and relevant to our day-to-day activities. It is a reliable and rewarding way to spend some time online.

First, I would like to thank Lifepoint for the useful information and services it provides. Its returns are good and helpful in my professional life. However, I would like you to provide me with a referral link to help me log in to the site without any problems.

LifePoints is one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve ever signed up for. They bombard you with emails promising “new surveys available” and “easy ways to earn extra money.” But the reality? Every single time I clicked their links, I was met with the same dead end: no surveys available. Over and over again, the same cycle—false promises, wasted clicks, and wasted time.
It honestly feels like they’re just spamming inboxes to keep people engaged without ever delivering what they advertise. The whole experience is misleading and exhausting. Instead of earning anything, I spent weeks chasing surveys that didn’t exist. Eventually, I got so annoyed that I deleted my account altogether.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid LifePoints. Their endless emails are nothing but empty promises, and the platform offers zero reward for the effort. One star is generous—this service deserves nothing more.
