After years of struggling with my website i discovered Lightspeed. Finally all my issues are gone! Everything i ever expected from a webshop platform is integrated in my shop. I also LOVE the fact that its connected with my retail shop. A dream come true! If thats not enough i get support 24/7? Thats like crazy! And the cherry on the cake is the fact that they probably collected the BEST people for online and retail support. They are smart, fast, uber friendly and very professional! After years of complaining about my webshop to friends and family i can finally enjoy my current site… which works perfect. Lightspeed deserves an award. 🥰

The interface is not user friendly at all. Too much to do for simple tasks. When clicking on save all the openend boxes for title, metadiscription, url etc are gonna closed (when working on it for different languages). Also seo properties are very poor in comparison with WordPress and eg Rankmath

Lightspeed is a very efficient cloud-based POS system. We are working with it for 2 weeks now. The Start-up phase went smoothly. Happy with it!

In 2021 we had to migrate our POS system from L-series to K-series in our Berlin location due to unexpected tax regulation in Germany. We were highly stressed until we met with Felix Heijke. He literally saved our lives by assisting us from A to Z. Today, I have noticed that I have sent over 30 e-mails, and he has patiently replied to all my stressful questions with a solution. I can not express my appreciation to Felix Heijke. We have successfully migrated our locations from one POS to another with his friendly support.

The help I got in the one on one sessions is really good! ...unfortunately the helpdesk is not always very helpful.
overall the tools and working with the software is great!

We use Lightspeed now over 3 years as our POS system and recently added E-com functionality. We are very satisfied with Lightspeed and its support. The functionality is good, it is reliable and fast. In case of questions we get fast response.
We really recommend any retailer, but especially if you are in fashion to try it.

This company promises you, you don't need any knowledge, and that is not one letter said to much. The design is very clean and very clear. Within 5 minutes in your back office you will feel very sorry you did not discover them sooner. Support is the best ever. Always a solution and if it needs a bit more work, when they say they call back or send you a mail about it they actually do so. Also after contacting support you get a mail about what was the problem en the solution so you could use it for the future. They have many specialist who will help you out in a one on one session an what ever subject you can think of to help your webshop grow. And finally support gives you a feeling like they know you and are not like robots reading a paper in a solution book. Always time for a friendly talk just like you would call a friend with a problem. They have webinars too these are really helpful and afterwords you get a mail with the recording of the webinar and a mail with all the links and more. So this company is really all about the costumers and there business. Not just there office and getting as much sold as possible and then go dead on you.

We have been a lightspeed customer for almost a year now and we are very happy with the service and the team in Amsterdam. We had some problems with one of the templates (Austin), which in our view were not handled well by the template owner. But Lightspeed then took its responsibility and helped us in a great and professional manner. We were helped by Sharlene and she is super friendly, knowledgable and she was able to fix all our problems. So in the end we are very happy customers!

We are very pleased with Lightspeed as our POS in our lunchroom. Although we had some issues with our LS server, it was replaced and the new one works perfect. What I think is really powerful is that the tool is very user friendly, clear, and brings all the right information streams together. I am always able to track the performance of my lunchroom. We have a deliverect online order module linked, we use Uber Eats and now have linked Tikkie Check to provide a lot of online order and payment possibilities. Besides that we have linked Exact online to LS to keep our books in check. In summary, all of those different applications link back to LS and that is what makes my life a lot easier!
