I'm a huge regular at Lila Beauty and constantly make orders from their website and eBay store. Their free shipping caps are so great and they always pack and ship quickly so I know to always come here when I need something urgently. Prices are actually around the same price or cheaper than Seoul (cheaper than Olive Young I've found). They stock old favourites, some more unknown brands and the latest brands. I'm so grateful to have Lila in Oz.

Prices are so low and delivery is super quick! My order was delivered in 2 days! And they included a little treat which is so cute. Absolutely love.

I can always trust Lila Beauty for any skincare products that I need! Some products are so much cheaper to purchase here which is amazing, and the quality of the packaging is wonderful meaning that no products are damaged during the delivery.

For the products that don't have discounts, I believe that's fine since the delivery itself is the main highlight as the delivery is extremely timely!! My last order was made on 22 January 2022 and I received it on 27 January 2022 (and the AusPost tracking was super accurate too). And before that, I made an order on 20 December 2021 and received it on 24 December 2021 (and this was via Aramex).

Additionally, I love the reward point system as you earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, and once accumulated, you can redeem discount coupons!

In summary, if you want a trusty skincare shop, that has reliable handling and shipping, Lila Beauty is for you!

Fantastic products, super fast delivery, great customer service. They give a great selection of samples and their prices are so competitive …I would never order my k-beauty from anywhere else now 😊 only thing they could do to improve, is work on rewarding loyal customers.

Stumbled upon Lilabeauty's website purely by chance. I am so happy that Google recommended Lilabeauty to me ! Order was made on Tuesday (past midnight)... and the parcel has already arrived on Friday morning ! I ordered a lot of products, and Lilabeauty got the order completely right. The price they offer is also super competitive and affordable. My experience with them was fantastic. I love that i can collect points for rewards and generous samples were given to me. They also have a huge collection of products from various brands - a great one stop shop! Heard amazing things about Krave Beauty, along with many other K Brauty lines but knew it would be pricing. Came across Lila Beauty, who’s website was easy to navigate and pricing better then other business. Ordered Thursday, shipped Friday, arrived Monday 8am 🤗 I also received samples of other amazing brands. Exceeded my expectations!

Today was my first shop with Lila Beauty, I usually shop with Keoji (who are excellent by the way) but Lila Beauty was having a sale and two of my favourite Laniege products which I usually pay about $45 a piece for at Sephora were going for $30 each, what's a boy to do eh? Get out the credit card, that's what! Lila Beauty has a very comprehensive range and although I've been aware of them for quite some time, once I develop a relationship with a retailer, I'm very loyal. Today all the stars lined up, I need a new moisturiser & a primer (yes I'm a guy and I wear foundation as I have very ugly skin), Lila Beauty was having a sale and when I closely inspected the Laneige section, I saw Laneige was selling out of everything so I snapped up my new primer and moisturising & toning combo spray and blamo! I checked out a happy boy.

I love Lilabeauty and how fast and prompt their delivery and response is. They are well priced and the customer service is excellent! Will definitely keep repurchasing from Lilabeauty in the future.

I’ve only just started getting into Japanese and Korean skin care and Lila Beauty is my go-to online Australian site for skincare. I’ve ordered twice now and have not been disappointed. The website is easy to use and has a very large variety of skin care and beauty products. I was impressed with the next-day delivery and all of the free samples I received.

Quick delivery! Great products

Bought some products a couple days ago and got the free express shipping. They arrived today and I’m very pleased! They sell my favourite moisturiser at a cheaper price than other shops. I’ll continue purchasing from this site once I’ve run out. I do hope they add paypal as a payment method soon though...

Over all Great customer service! I had two seperate orders and they were kind enough to put two orders together and refunded me the shipping for the other one. I was surprised because they did not need prompting to do it. That alone would have given them a 5 star but the reason why I gave them a 4 star is because there are alot of items I wanted that are out of stock. Still, it is a very good site. Really appreciate it.
