Listers Landover in Droitwich were…amazing
Listers Landover in Droitwich were absolutely amazing from a customer service perspective from the moment I walked in- special thanks to the service team for their excellent updates and to Donna and Georgia who allowed me to use the business lounge for meetings and brought me refreshments on a regular basis. The sit and wait appointment was simply just that and very quick and efficient with a nice clean car at the end of it. Thanks to the whole team

An absolute pleasure from initial…
An absolute pleasure from initial booking my car in for it’s MOT to having it returned clean with a friendly smile. I was kept informed at every step of the process and provided with a video of the inspection and advisory information. Plus, time was taken to verbally confirm and ensure I understood what to monitor and what/how could be undertaken through service. I appreciate the excellent service provided, the knowledgeable staff/mechanics who leave me reassured that my car and safety are in good hands.

The process was very easy
The process was very easy. An email invited me to check my car in for the booking a couple of days later. I had a personal telephone call advising me of the time my car would be collected and the name of the driver. I then had a personal call from Callum to say my car was ready to come back to me. And it came back having be washed. What's not to like!

Great service, as always.
Car collected nice and early by pleasant driver, MoT carried out, I was phoned and told the car has "sailed through" the test, car delivered back to me. No muss, no fuss, which is as I prefer things. I've never had a bad experience with Listers Northampton, and they help me keep my Honda Jazz running smoothly, which is why I use them rather than a garage closer to my home.

Poor Customer Service
My car was with Listers for a whole day as I told them the air conditioning wasn't working. It took them all day to confirm to me that it wasn't working and the reason was a leak in the air conditioning system. By then they needed to order a replacement part and the work couldn't be done that day, so I booked it in for a week later by which time the part would have arrived. I duly brought it back at 8am on the second day of work and specifically requested that the car be ready by 2pm as I needed it then (surely not problem for a known fault where the part was available). Having received no information in spite of three calls to Listers, I eventually got hold of someone at 1pm who told me my car would not be ready until 3pm. I had to take taxis to and from a vital meeting before collecting my car at the end of the day. The lack of communication amounted to poor customer service and the avoidable inconvenience to me was unacceptable.
