The dress I bought is absolutely beautiful and I love it so much, this is my favourite dress brand 😍

My fiancée bought a dress from these from Ireland there was custom charges she was not told about for starters so that was 30 euros on top of dress she then recieved it tried it on too small so sending it back was an absolute joke more money spent she has been emailing them about a refund and surprise surprise no refund dont want too know will give you store credit which she does not want she specifically said refund 3 weeks later still no refund not replying too emails wat an absolute joke of a company so looks like we are going down legal route only way now so be very wary about buying from these 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Had to tick box agreeing to credit or exchange only before I could order. Sized up as advised, to largest size available but it was tiny. Refused refund due to ‘policy’, but neither exchange or credit any good to me as dresses so small. Have discussed legality of this ‘ policy’ but company is dismissive and refuses to consider refund.
Keeping the dress rather than having credit I can’t use.

My dress arrived promptly but rather crumpled for a premium item. Despite following the sizing guide, the item was way too small ( at least 2 sizes) My rating is based on the fact that as the dress is currently on sale ( as all items are) I'm not entitled to a refund.only a credit note. Similarly there is no free returns policy making this an expensive mistake

Brought this for my daughter’s wedding arrived faulty with a tear. Contacted as per instruction but was told all items are inspected before delivery no refund will be given. Wow dreadful customer service will not buy from them again.

My dress was here in days brilliant as I ordered it on Xmas eve . I already have the same dress in a different colour and my new one is as good if not better it’s heavier . Thank you so much I love my new dress .
