I'd not heard of this company but hadn't seen bad reviews, so thought I'd give them a try. Awful experience!

I ordered two dresses. One was faulted, the other was too big on chest and too small on hips, even though my hips are smallest part of my body. Just awful fit.

I emailed them and their response was poor. They ignored my emails regarding the expected prepaid label for faulted goods. Finally sent me one by email a good while later, no apology for delay.

I returned the dresses, expected refund around £40. SIXTEEN DAYS later, still no refund and not even an email from them. Took out a PayPal case as they ignored my email again. 4 days later PayPal tell me I will be receiving a refund in about 5 days. Still no response whatsoever from Little Wings, never mind an apology!

Absolutely awful business, I will do my best to warn potential customers of their terrible business practices. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Cheap looking item, terribly quality for the price. I returned (at my cost) for a £49 refund, which I never received.

They also didn't post my review on their website, obviously filtering the negative ones.

Lovely design and fit for both my dresses. First time order with Little Wings, won’t be my last.

Loved the dress. The fabric hangs well with a full skirt.

Ordered dress, after 2 days received email that my order was shipped. Then after 2 hours, I've got notification about the refund... No information, no apologies. I've emailed customer service to only received message that the item I ordered is out of stock! How you can order something what is out of stock! Very poor way of managing buissnes. Never will order anything again. Also, they removed my coment about it from their Facebook page...

13 days later and I haven’t received my package as they have not paid the full postage. I’ve had to pay £4.70 to Royal Mail to eventually get it delivered. Still don’t know when that will be.

Purchased Liana white and pink dress and never received it. Awful service. Emails sent and mostly ignored. 4 weeks later finally get a refund!

I purchased a dress (the lilac and white celestial dress) in size 8 on the website only to be told after payment had gone through that it was out of stock and I'd be refunded. I was refunded but I'm frustrated that I was able to purchase something that wasn't there.

Brought my beautiful dress for my sons wedding. I was told I looked lovely in it. So many nice comments and people asking where I got it from. The it self is a perfect fit and true to size. Fabric it good and on the plus side the dress has pockets which were great for my hankie.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The sizing is ridiculously out on their dresses. The material is cheap and nasty. Would buy better quality off a market stall.

Customer service is diabolical. I returned the dresses which I had to pay for. It took more than two weeks to then be told they couldn’t refund me. Absolutely shocking. Don’t use

Sent the completly wrong dress. I ordered a beautiful satin ballgown dress paid a fortune for it and had to pay extra €30 customs charges as i live outside UK and I waited 3 weeks for delivery. What they sent me was a cheap, horrible looking dress that has collar, buttons down front and huge split in the front that doesn't cover your private parts. Anyone can clearly see the dress they sent is poles apart from the dress I ordered. I contacted their customer service straight away and their customer service was really shocking. They admitted they sent wrong dress but didn't apologise for their mistake, didn't offer to rectify their mistake and send me the dress I had ordered and paid for, they said as I live outside the UK that their was no exchange. To be honest anyone I spoke to just didn't care, they got my money and pawned me off with cheap, nasty dress so they don't care after that. Just told me that if I was dissatisfied with the dress to send the dress back through registered post to them at a really expensive cost to me for registered postage and packaging as live outside of UK but will be given no refund as outside 14 days. I wasn't going to be out of pocket more so now I am stuck with this cheap and nasty dress that I paid a fortune for and I can never wear. The dress is not even fit for the charity bin. Don't use Little Wings especially if you live outside UK, they won't exchange outside UK and won't give refund if over 14 days which it will always be over 14 days with international postage.

This dress and petticoat combo made me feel so pretty. I usually wear a size 16 and ordered an 18-20 and the sizing worked (wee bit smol on the bust and upper arms). Changed out the belt to nip in my waist a bit more. Overall fabulous quality; there was a little snagging on the body and I contacted customer service about it who were so helpful and quick at getting back to me. Don't hesitate, just order. Great dress, fab company

Slower delivery than my first order. This dress was made from a flimsy fabric, cheap and nasty. Bought a size 18 which wasn't true to size. A perfect fit for my size 14 friend. Disappointing for my second purchase. Made me think twice about ordering again now, sadly.

Poor quality, poor customer service.
I ordered 2 items from this company after it was recommended by a friend. When they eventually arrived, I kept one item and returned the other as it was extermely poor quality. The fabric was very thin and the dress was poorly made. I have since worn and washed the item I kept (in accordance with the instructions). It washed badly and was out of shape. Furthermore, I was about a week outside the return time limit for the rejected item. I was offered store credit. I explained that I had had Covid and had been unable to return the item in time ... I was abruptly informed that Covid was 'no longer a restriction'... I did indicate that I was very ill, and couldn't get out of bed ... I was told by email that I should have contacted them by phone or email ..!!! Thanks, LWF .... You may keep your store credit.

Loved my dungarees they are well made and fit perfectly a bit too long but I am a 27inch leg and need to take them up
Delivered quickly

I've been in love with Little Wings Factory since they sold their tulle skirts and I bought every one of them. I love the silhouette of their dresses. I will forever order from Little Wings Factory.

My garment was lovely, but unfortunately the style didn't suit me. Returning it was easy, with a return address sticky label supplied, and the refund payment was quick.
