Fantastic customer service

Loved the pattern (ducks) but the dress is the worst fit I have ever seen. The waist is a good four inches higher than my waist line. I am only 5 foot 3 inches tall, not big busted and a standard size 14. The dress fits around the bust and hips but has a bizarre short fit from shoulder to waist.
Will be returning this item and am disappointed to pay postage both ways at a cost of over £7.
Basically paid £7 to try on a badly fitting dress so will not be buying from you again however nice the pictures look.

The clothes just didn't fit, I couldn't get the dresses over my arms, and one of them, I couldn't even get over my head.

Beautiful dress I had exactly the same dress a few years ago but have lost a lot of weight so with my nieces wedding coming up I couldn't find anything else that I liked as much so ordered it In a smaller size and I still love it 😊 it's beautiful.

I bought a dress from this company, it was very nice but not really the quality I had expected from paying £70 for it. Regardless it didn’t fit me and as they did not have a bigger size in stock I returned the item requesting to just be refunded.
They only have a 14 day return window.
Royal Mail took longer than this 14 day window to get the parcel back to them and as a result they refused me a refund. Saying I could take it up with Royal Mail if I wanted.
I had retuned the dress in perfect condition, all tags still intact. And because it was 3 days out the of 14 day window they would not budge on the refund. Offering me instead a credit note for the £70. I can not afford to be £70 out of pocket so I needed up requesting the dress be sent back to me.
I appreciate that company’s have to have returns policies but i think it’s dreadful to not give your customers any wriggle room especially when the fault is not theirs.
14 days is not enough time for returns when the standard is 30 days.
I found their customer help team very unhelpful. It felt like I was speaking to a different person each time and having to explain the whole situation with each new email. I won’t use them again.

Worst experience ever. Do not bother with this store. They charge extremely high prices for awful quality and the customer service is non existent. Dress didn’t fit and customer service didn’t reply to my email in 10 days… then blamed me! Made me pay for return also. Never using them again. Not worth the hassle when there are hundreds of better brands to choose from.

Really bad communication from this company. Took a week for two dresses to arrive but no information as to when to expect them.
The dresses weren't great. Both technically fit but one prevented my arms from raising as far as the shoulders and the other had a very short body and was wildly unflatter (i'm 5"1', nowhere near too tall for the dress). After all than, returns postage was not covered and they made a big deal that you can only exchange one item, wouldn't recommend.

Ordered this for my party in July as I loved the colours & style , it's everything you could wish for the material is beautiful the style is perfect , the price was very good too, quick service from the seller packaged well,

I have returned item and sent proof and mostly ignored in request for refund. Now though ridiculously being told my evidence is the item was delivered to myself though it has their address on as delivery. I purchased this on behalf of my elderly mother. Trying to gain a refund for her has been shocking from the company. It is now reported to my bank hence having any response from the company that previously ignored me. Still now money offered just excuses!

Parcel came quickly, but was disappointed it was so creased up in the plastic bag! Loved the fit of the dress and after deciding to keep it, l then had to give it a good press, packaging should have been better for a £70 dress .

I never received my dress and found it quite difficult to have my query "heard" by the customer service team who repeatedly referred me back to my local post office to see if I could track the item. When my query was finally listened to I was advised that an update would be given to me on a specific date regarding the whereabouts of my order and this date has passed with no word or update. I am continuing to email the customer service team as I would like to reach an acceptable resolution to this issue. I had ordered previously from this company and love their products but they need to up their game when it comes to after sales service. It does not create a good impression to take the customers money but not follow through to ensure that the customer receives the product.
