I was sent the wrong size dress and despite my emailing the company to ask for a pre paid return envelope as this wasn’t my fault they did not reply so I returned at my expense. I now need to return the exchanged dress but they have not enclosed any paperwork so once again I will incur costs in order to get my refund. Poor service , not responding to email which is the only way you can contact this company

Fabulous customer service, but I was disappointed with the pattern matching on the dress I ordered. It was the first thing my audience noticed when I tried it on. Such a shame as I loved the dress but felt it was overpriced with that defect.

This dress and underskirt was exactly what I was looking for. Feels lovely on. Not worn it yet but looking forward to it for my son's wedding, feels very feminine and comfortable.

I have returned my item which was not an easy process as the labels sent were faded and I received no response to my email. I am waiting for my refund.

The garment was received quickly. Unfortunately,I had to return it due to being unsuitable. I received notification of a refund very quick.

the dress was of a very poor quality. the material was like curtain material and no where near the quality a dress of that price should be, ive have returned it

I love this dress but unfortunately the quality of the stitching is not good. The zip could do with being more substantial. The dresses are not cheap, and the quality really does let them down.

Fantastic service as always, love my green Liana dress. Now hoping the navy scallop dress comes back into stock

Following placing the order for my dress I was kept up to date regarding the delivery process. My dress arrived on the day I was informed it would be delivered. The dress is lovely and really good quality. Can’t wait to wear it for it an upcoming wedding.

I have a few of Little Wings dresses. I love the Liana design. I am attending a wedding and the cost of the item really is low compared to the high quality. I admit I have bought second hand dresses too, because they say in excellent condition after washing and wearing.
The company were great when I made a mistake with my order and immediately asked if they could change it and it was no problem.
The sizes are consistent.

Beautiful dress but I had to return as it did not fit me. Still waiting on my return.

Disappointed that the dress was too small, despite a previous dress in an almost identical style and size fitting me.
Had to pay to return it too so that’s not the best experience.

Still haven’t received my purchase which I ordered 12 days ago. Numerous emails sent took days for someone to respond. On the 12 day got an email saying they will look at sending a replacement. So wonder how many more days I’ll have to wait

Some confusion navigating their sight but after that service has been first class. They kept me informed of when the dress left their factory right through to delivery by Royal Mail. I bought the flower white, pink Liana dress which is beautiful and it fits very well.

Returned the dress on the day I received it and filled in the form asking for a smaller size .
I received an email 5 days latter asking if I was happy with my purchase which I replied to saying it had been returned giving the recorded delivery details following this I received an email saying the dress was out of stock, And I would receive a refund.
