Polite customer service and great products. Soap bars are superb quality and luxurious and the tooth brush heads work perfect and can be recycled ! Perfect to reduce plastic footprint

I ordered some floss and had a problem with it. Livecoco asked for a review, which i gave and as a result, they sent me some free interdental sticks to try instead. These have worked really well and I am very pleased with them, can't tell the difference for any others really.
Had a personal contact in the customer services department who was lovely and felt they really cared about my opinion. great company and good products

I have been trying to make small changes to become more plastic free and environmentally conscious with the products I'm purchasing. I liked the return and recycle aspect of this product. It also helps that the product is very good! The brush heads fit perfectly and my teeth feel clean. Who could ask for more!

I've been using the LiveCoco recyclable brush heads for some years now. They work very well and I'm very happy with that aspect. The fact that they are recycled is also very important to me; a positive contribution, not an additional item for landfill.

I’ve ordered multiple times from live coco and am very happy with the toothbrush heads and customer service. They work really well and the recycling programme is great.

UPDATE 8Dec2022: I just heard back from LiveCoCo and they offered to refund or reship the item. They also reminded me that I was supposed to reach out if the package still hadn’t arrived a few weeks after I first inquired. I did not, so need to take some blame myself. Having said that, I do wish they had a tracking feature even if it costs a bit more, as they claim. I’m increasing my rating to 3/5 but may revise it once I (hopefully) receive my brush heads.

I ordered electric tooth brush heads over 2 months ago and haven't yet received them. I sent an inquiry about 2 weeks after ordering and they replied that due to mail problems in the UK, an order wasn't considered lost until it was 25 days late. Well, it's been a couple of months and still no package and no word.

LiveCoco toothbrush heads last longer (my old Oral B ones seen to wear out in no time at all) and reduce plastic waste (especially the annoying, impossible to break into plastic packaging). Because they last longer, I use fewer, so actually they are more cost effective too.

Gave 4 stars as tho I like the products I was let down by order dept. No email sent! Would recommend the electric toothbrush heads and dental floss.Good quality.

Live Coco use virgin plastic and in their publicity emails last year boasted 50,000 customers.

This simply increases demand for continued fossil fuel extraction and plastic production.

I bought some dental floss and refills, some cotton buds and some vegan wax food wrap paper. Not only are these products more sustainable options to everyday items but they are beautifully created. The dental floss in particular looks like a tiny Victorian bottle instead of the ugly blue plastic of the standard floss. LiveCoco prove that, if we think differently about everyday items, they can be recreated without damaging the planet, and it doesn’t cost the earth. It’s tiny gestures like this that can make a huge difference if we all make the switch to living more sustainably.

This product exceeded my expectations. I personally find them an improvement to the heads supplied with my toothbrush. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

I am really happy with Livecoco toothbrush heads. They are excellent quality and long lasting. The website and subscription service is also excellent - allowing you to alter or pause the subscription whenever you like. Really good and really simple. Five stars!
