Live Oak Borrows your money without your permission
I used LiveOak bill pay to pay my Visa bill. Live Oak never disclosed that they would take my money - hold for 3 days to make interest - and then make my payment. Every payment that I make - that live oak should send electronically - they make after 5 days. Yes - Live oak steals your money for 3 days - makes interest on it and then on the 4th day they make the payment. They steal the money!

You locked my account without warning. When asked you needed more information. This should have been taken care of up front so the account lockout would never have happened.

Glad I picked Live Oak
The website is very well-designed and very user-friendly. Establishing an account on-line was a breeze. Phone support is also good - I did have a question, and got an answer via phone without a long wait, and the person was easy to understand.

Great bank with great people and great rates
Live Oak Bank is consistently offers one of the highest rates available on savings accounts. I rarely need assistance, as their website offers enough functionality to meet my needs. However, when I talk with their customer service, it was refreshing that they actually wanted to help and quickly took care of the questions we had, which was actually an issue with another bank...but we still took care of it while on the phone. I have zero complaints about Live Oak Bank, which is rare in today's world.

Great rates and ease of use
I never have any trouble logging into Live Oak account. Transferring funds is easy and very fast. Interest rate is really good right now as well.

Customer service is wonderful
When I opened the account I could not get my financial institutions to link and the customer service was so helpful and patient. It was such a pleasure and different working with knowledgeable staff to assist me.
