Very Satisfied with Live Oak Bank. I have been a customer for numerous years, mostly purchasing CD's and now have opened a savings account. Everyone I have dealt with has always been exceptionally friendly and professional and they were offering the highest interest rates and best terms available. They often add a nice bonus at times just for opening a new account.

The fact that our account is FDIC insured was an important selling point along with the $200 sign on bonus. The nearly 4% interest was higher than my previous bank .

SBA Express Loan Win
Recently closed on an SBA Express loan through Live Oak and the customer service I received from Live Oak was phenomenal.
Ellison, Brandon, and Caleb had my back through the entire process, which proved critical when we encountered some issues from the SBA. I spoke with folks at the SBA as we were resolving some of these issues and they also had only positive things to say about Live Oak. Thanks again to the whole team for their responsiveness and professionalism.
