Destiny at Lloyd and Whyte has done a great job of finding insurance for my listed house. I was sent renewal details and quotation in very good time. I’ve been working with L&W for many years and will continue to get house and car (Kathy middle) insurance with them.

LLoyd & White treat their customers as individuals with specific needs rather than having a one size fits all approach. This year Destiny PB was particularly helpful in ensuring that my cover was suitable.

Destiny was very helpful. She explained and clarified all my queries efficiently. She helped me understand the pros and cons of the policy and was kind enough to send it out in writing as an email too. Would really recommend her as a client advisor.

Kathy Middle went above and beyond when sorting out my car insurance this year. She is always helpful, approachable and patient. If unavailable when I call the firm, the receptionists who answer the call take my details, and Kathy always gets back to me. She is very reliable. Thank You

Hannah Kilbane was excellent. Called for medical elective insurance for my son’s month long placements first in the Philippines and then Vietnam, as a UK Medicine student. This insurance was all new to me. Hannah explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions - of which there were many! Fantastic service. Professional and efficient, but also personal and friendly

I took out a house insurance policy via the BMA a few years ago. This year the issurer involved pulled out. Lloyd & White via their advisor Destiny contacted me a week later with another offer of a policy that was significantly less expensive than the last year and it was no hassel to check the details, make a minor correction, and renew by credit card over the phone. All very easy.

Excellent service from Sam (Commercial adviser). Very professional and informative , providing a substantial saving on the cover for Commercial properties. I can highly recommend this service.
