I purchased a guitar, the second from them, and due to reasons beyond my control and completely of no fault of Logans, I had to cancel the order, get it redirected back to them, and seek a refund. Clover was really helpful, didn't make me feel bad for messing them around and they were very reasonable with the shipping charges which I was completely fine with them charging as they were messed around for no sale at all. A really unfortunate experience for both of us but they helped make it not so bad and for that they should be applauded. Was refunded within hours of the guitar being returned to them. Can't complain considering it was not their fault. Will look to repay the favour some time and still love the Les Paul Standard I purchased from them a few years back.

Purchase started well.
Good communication, matched competitive prices and also included a hard case.
I asked for setup before shipping.
When guitar arrived it was not setup and in terrible shape and no hard case.
Bridge pickup was faulty.
Shop refused to fix pickup or refund due to saying since I did a setup it avoids the warranty. All I did was tune guitar, cleaned the fret board and tighten nuts and bolts as they were all loose,l.
There page says a refund within 30 days if not satisfied though,
Then hung up on me after this.
I had to contact the manufacturer directly to fix problem and they have been fantastic and are fixing it plus a service and re string at no charge.
Learning curve is do your research before purchasing from a retailer.

No after sales service, business wants to sell the product but in my instance failed to help me at all when a parcel was delayed by their delivery contractor TNT and I contacted Logan's twice for assistance and received none. Business does not end at the point of sale !
