I had an emergency c section and places and order for the support band on Monday 4th September before noon. On their website it states that “Transit typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders processed same day if placed by 12pm GMT on a weekday.”

I received a shipping confirmation for this order on Monday 4th, and I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, to my disappointment, nothing has been delivered to me as of today 13th September. I contacted the company and had to wait several days before I got any acknowledgement when the item didn’t arrive. I had to

via email, their website and PayPal before I finally got a reply saying that the item was lost and then another email saying it was still on its way. I requested a full refund as I found that this lack of transparency regarding my order's location has been quite frustrating, as I urgently needed the support band and I would no longer be at my home address I’d were to arrive any later than Monday 11th.

Yet again I have not heard back and will need to raise a dispute with PayPal to
Get my money back it seems.

Fabulous customer service, prompt replies and sorted the issue of a missing part immediately. Saara is so lovely and I can't fault their service. Would definitely recommend.

Bought the smart pump before my daughter was born, not really knowing how much we would use it. Turned out to be a godsend and saved our BF journey!

Easy to use, easy to clean and store. Also Fits with philips avent bottles, and lola&lykke adaptor to pump straight into freezer bags.

Unfortunately after nearly a year, the pump stopped working, i think a motor issue (?) But Lola&Lykke provided amazing customer service and after sending a couple of emails and a video of the faulty pump, they sent a new set out to me which arrived in less than a week. Thank you so much for great customer service, will definitely recommend.

A couple of improvements would be the storage bags are hard to open out at the bottom. It would be good to have a simple screw lid for the bottle, rather than having to use the teat & lid (extra faff for cleaning etc when the milk is going to be stored or given in a different bottle). Great that it now comes with a storage bag.

not able to return thermos mug which i received it dirty from the box (used?). also wasn't really good quality. price ~30€

I absolutely love my pregnancy support belt! It helps me with my lower back pain and I feel so much lighter when I use it. It gives a little bit pressure on the bladder, but it’s so worth it to walk around without the pain! Great service, kind, professional and quick 🙏🏽

The pump is amazing and customer service were helpful with delivery times. It is so easy to put together and take apart!

Pluses
- looks good
- comfortable to wash and sterilise (big plus for it)
- it’s not heavy
- battery lasts quite a long time

Minuses
- It’s not pumping milk till the end even on higher level 9
- working well only if boobs are full of milk but nipples getting violet colour after 6 min of pumping
- one part from inside quite often stacks under machine.
- now I think I would try some other pumping machine. Maybe a bit regret that I bought it
- I didn’t use it a lot and already feels like something is broken there

Great product, beautifully packaged, easy to assemble and quick and effective pump. I would recommend a pumping bra but easy to hold if you don’t have one x

So happy with this pump, my left boob was not up to speed with my right one so I needed a pump that had some extra force to get my boob back on track! I was o so happy to get my left boob functioning again! I strongly recommend this pump to all mama’s out there!

This is probably the best thing that I bought in my pumping journey. I got it right before my return to work and it has made my life a million times better and I think every nursing mother should be gifted one of these. It's small, easy to transport and saves your hands from using a manual pump. I seriously love this thing. I can't say enough good things about it.

I do wish that the cooler bag was a little bit bigger. And I wish that the bottles came with non-nipple tops to close them. But those are my only critiques.

No hassle, exactly as described, straightforward process

I love this pump! When I was in hospital with my premature baby I used a hospital grade pump for quite some time. I was worried I wouldn't find another pump that I liked as much. I'm so happy I purchased the Lola & Lykke pump, it is powerful, compact and I love the portability/wireless aspect of it. It's also very easy to clean and the stand is an added bonus.

I am truly amazed by the quality of the product and the customer service as well. I bought a support band for my first pregnancy two years ago, was wearing it all the time because it gave such a great relief. During my second pregnancy, the material started to wear out, I contacted the customer service for tips to fix it. They offered a free replacement instead.

The customer service from this company has been amazing, I ordered the wrong core restore band size and they were so quick and efficient to send me the correct size and hassle free return collection of the wrong one.
I look forward to using it after my c section & the great service has made me want to purchase the breast pump too now.

If you want a portable pump that can be used with a hands free pumping bra, avoid the Lola & Lykke digital pump! They advertise it as lightweight when it's actually heavier than standard pumps (like the Lansinoh double electric pump for instance). The silicone breast shields just drag down and you would have to hold the pump in place, which for me removed all its value, so I will be sticking to my double electric lansinoh pump - at least I can have my hands free even if I have to be plugged into a socket.

What's worse, the returns policy is ridiculous. For a new anxious mother, you should be able to return an unused product even if the seals of the boxes are open. The company are refusing to let me return not only the one pump I assembled to test the weight with my bra, but also the second pump and spare parts because they've been unboxed but not used.

Shocking customer service for an expensive product, from a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their mental health - they've certainly been detrimental to my mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.

I ordered the product over a week ago now and still no sign or tracking of order, seems it has disappeared. I have emailed them for an update but no-one has replied. Almost £100 spent with no idea where the product is...Ordered the belt as it is much needed due to being late on in my pregnancy, but might well be too late by the time I actually receive it, who knows...

It is the best breast pump ever. I have been using it for a month now and
I could not think of any flaw. It is very easy to operate and have just a few parts to clean. Lightweight and compact design makes it a perfect travel companion. I have pumped at the airport, on a plane and while travelling by car. It is absolutely amazing. Great value for money and outstanding quality. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Belt arrived on time and looked very good, but after wearing it once it stretched so much that it was impossible to wear as extra material was hanging on the front. Not sure if this is a flaw in the product… cannot really recommend it to anyone and the product is so expensive.

It took me some time to get use to everything the Lola&Lykke pump has to offer but I absolutely love it.
You will notice a difference of volume then if you were pumping with a standard pump, but the opportunity to pump while holding your kid, eating dinner or even moving around is the bonus that allows me to look past this.
