Very happy with my purchase the dress is just as I imagined and the accessories are great considering the price. Everything was wrapped in individual ziplock bags.

The item took 2 weeks to be shipped and another 9 days for delivery to Australia so leave yourself a bit of time. Otherwise I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely obsessed with this store! So many different cute outfits that I consider difficult to find, all in one place. If you like lolita fashion or goth/punk style, there are many nice clothes and in good materials that doesn’t feel cheap or break after two wears. The outfit i got has many details like the sewing and pockets patterns. It fits perfectly on me (size M) and it is comfortable.

I got the Fairy Tale Overture series Snow White dress and the quality is absolutely amazing! The patterning on the fabric is so pretty and it’s a beautiful design!

I got the Rabbit Detective Ouji set and it is the cutest thing ever. The set is very good quality, with embroidered details on the shirt and soft fabric.
It came quite fast and well packaged as well.

It was very easy to communicate with the company when I needed to update my address. They responded almost same day to answer any questions I had. Shipping was fairly quick. And the quality of the dress is amazing! It looks exactly like the picture, definitely worth the hype. Can’t wait to order from this brand again!

Awful ! Items are extortionately overpriced for the inferior quality ! Garments are more like cheap budget items.
Trying to get a refund is very difficult and expensive so far it’s cost me £13 to return and they are now demanding a further £25 because the jacket I bought for £101 is stuck at customs ! A sham of a company do not buy from them stick to cheap items from budget companies at least you know the quality is not great but cheap ! Rather than pay £101 for a jacket worth £15! 😡😡😡😡
