Well much to the same as everyone else took my daughter 15 at the time last year said she passed offered job with missguided asked for a 1000 pounds which i did not have cane back next day paid 500 never heard back from them been to the office they say i will get someone to call u never do then i received a phone call last week same company wanting my daughter again wanting me to pay more money so now i am taking them to small claims court with all what you guys have on here we should all be doing it please get intouch sick and tired of them my cousin was on judge rinder today so we need to get intouch as everybody together 07596360186 deborah

This company works for Social Media Models,
I went there in London with my mom,
[26A market place] and we got scammed for £1000.
The music was ridiculously loud so you couldn't here yourself think. and since I suffer with anxiety I was stressed so much and felt so uncomfortable. One of the staff members were rude and told my mom what I should and should not be wearing.
When we were having a meeting with Michael Williams about how I did he said I passed and other big brands such as Miss Guided and Gap wanted me as a model but they trick you into paying £1000 for "modelling packs" which don't happen they just get the £1000.

Laura Jones was my "model manager" but after one phone call you don't exists to them anymore! you pay the £1000 then there happy!
I feel sorry for people who have Paid more than £1000 to have a modelling carer.
I hope justice will be served!

Social media models in london Oxford Circus is a SCAM! . They took £1000 off me and have completely gone haywire. No communication via phones or emails . Wrong numbers and nothing legit about the paperwork . They trade under soo many names and use Aztech for bank references but Aztech confirm they are not related to them in any way what so ever!!! DONT BE FOOLED! It’s a lot to loose!!

They could now be operating as Identity Management / ID Models / IZ Photo Company from a studio in Bateman Street Soho. The name Laura Jones came up in one of the reviews and its the name of the person I have spoken to and also comes up in the emails. They use the same dirty tricks and blatant lies to con people out of hard earned money. We need to expose them on all social media platforms to protect others and stop these criminals.

I strongly urge everyone who is looking to work with London Fashion Model to do your research. Like themselves, they are connected to other 'modelling' companies that have taken money from ordinary reasonable people without guilt and manipulated them to believe in fake promises of working with great brands immediately if very large deposits are paid.

I would not pay for anything in advance and neither would I agree to refundable deposits as nothing is ever repaid.

Please heed the advice of others on this platform who have expressed similar concerns.

As many other have stated they call you in on a collection of deposit after the shoot then go for the hard quick con!
I was told I was successful, then rapidly told me about earning potential with mixtures of smoke being blow up my backside!
I opted for the smaller package portfolio and paid £200 deposit as they said I could pay the remaining 400 on a credit kinda scheme with them!
I was then told to go get my things while they did my contract. Was given this as they ushered me out and on opening once home as I had to drive all the way upto London I found that they had signed me up for a £2025! Portfolio contract contacted them back and challenged this I was told it’s tough luck I can’t cancel and the best they would do would be to lower it to the next package and that they were gonna be taking a direct debit of £460 on the first of each month! I explained to them that I won’t be paying another penny and they said I can’t stop them! It’s a contract! I also then found out that they had used my bank card to try and set up quick payday loans on on my card when took it to take my £200 deposit.
I have reported them to fraud prevention and have actually had to close my bank account to prevent them from taking more of my money, as a karma balance posted the 3 managers numbers on an adults dating pages and have been writing them on public toilet walls!! Complete too bunch of anchors really!!

Multiple websites seem to be leading to the same company. I first came across with castingavenue.co.uk. When I got contacted by Justin James/Wright (he had different names in different emails) the website he referred me to was socialmediamodel.co.uk. The actual company name is

On the phone with Justin I was asked to pay a refundable deposit of 50GBP to secure my appointment. Justin assured me that this will be refunded on the day of the trial shooting. He also explicitly assured me that I will not have to pay anything for the company for the photo shooting or, if successful, after being offered a job, for they are paid by the brands they refer me to. He told me that in case of a successful application they guarantee a minimum of 4 paid jobs a month for an initial 12 month period. For all this I had to travel to London, again with a sense of urgency, as he said they already have a potential job for me lined up.

The way they communicate is very manipulative on many levels. They speak fast and give lots of details, repeating the ones that should be the main fraudulent selling point, which is that the company guarantees a job for a 12 month period. They apply a time pressure, a sense of urgency to make a decision immediately otherwise I will miss out on my opportunity. This is reinforced by the promised job possibility.

After the photo shooting I had an interview with Ken Love. The room I had the interview in was quite dark with a standing light behind him so he could see my face quite clearly but I couldn't see his so well. Ken first said "IF" I am successful, they are offering me a job to be the model for the new campaign of Halifax bank. When asked about the "if" and whether it is confirmed he said that yes, of course it is, that's why we are there talking. Also that the reason why my interview after the photo session was delayed is because he had to wait for more reports and for the main office to confirm that I have been selected for the job. When I asked about what my investment would be in all of this he told me it was my time only for they get a 15-22 percent cut after each job they refer me to. Ken told me that they guarantee a minimum of 12 paid jobs a month (different figure from the phone conversation) from which I have to take a minimum of 4 in order to stay on their books. I will be assigned a model manager who will help me with my website which will be created by the company, my official Instagram and Facebook page. My manager will be there for me to advise in everything to make my first steps in the modelling world. All this was said to be launched on the 5th October, when I will also be appearing in a magazine in the "New Face" category.
He had a job description with the Halifax Bank logo on it on his computer screen for extra visual reinforcement of the information. He gave a lot of information about the job, again speaking very fast and rushed. He told me the shooting would take place between 24-26 September and I would be paid over 3000GBP per day. Also Halifax bank would pay me up to 7000GBP for the rights to use my images for up to 2 years. He said the Bank is going to call me on Tuesday, the 15th September between 11 am and 2pm to confirm the details of the job. At this point he told me that in order to move forward with this job I need to get one of the company packages which he displayed on his screen. There were 3 levels, both offering slightly more than the previous one. The firs level costing 2500GBP, second 3500GBP and the third 4500GBP. He pointed out a feature in the second that allegedly got him a good contract back in his days of modelling. He said I need to make a decision about the package there and then if I wanted to secure the job offer. So I went for the second one.

The studio and Covid safety
The studio itself was in an underground setting at the address mentioned above, with hardly any ventilation and lots of people sitting around waiting for their turn. Clearly, they offered this possibility to anyone who showed interest, including parents with young children and many teenagers. Almost physically painfully loud music was played the whole time, possibly so that those waiting could not hear the conversations they had amongst their selves. Covid safety was non-existent without enough space to keep social distancing and complete lack of ventilation.

Needless to say that I have not heard from them since. I had a phone call from my "model manager" Laura Jones, which I recorded and in which she explicitly confirmed that I have got the job but not heard from her since.

If you read the positive reviews none of them mention any specific jobs they actually did with the company, they are all just floating on the clouds of dreams and false hopes.

These people are scammers.
They are using different names.be aware they approach you as SocialMediaModel and make you pay thousands of money to offer you modelling jobs but they never do. They only provide tacky pictures and a basic website!

I am a mid 20's young man who fell for this so hard! I questioned them after reading trust pilot and they still won me over. I parted with £1520 and was without a doubt the most expensive mistake I will ever make.
They are very good at scamming people. I thought 'there is no way this is a scam and that this many people would be in on it' but I was SO wrong.

If just one person reads this and cancels their booking I will be very happy. Please learn for my completely idiotic and nieve mistake!
Not even a merchant dispute can get my money back. If you have departed with any funds please call your bank immediately and try to recover them.

SCAM! Lady called Zara Hyde called me saying she found my details on social media and that they would like me to come join them in a shoot and that they think I'de be ideal for the scouts coming looking for models for an upcoming shoot. BULLSH*T lol she wouldn't let me off the phone till I paid a 'refundable' £50... Upon reading the review I said NO she started getting rude lol what a joke of a person and company.. THE FACT THAT I PAID ALMOST £600 to these people and I haven’t heard a thing from them is appalling. Any one would think this was a legit company but in actual fact it’s not. I have not been contacted and it’s been a whole month. I’ve had to claim fraud on my bank card so that I can try and claim it back. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is a scam. They called social media model now or LTVFM. My partner replied to a pop up advert and was called after a day, she was asked to pay 50 pounds to book her place for shooting and portofolio. She went to 26 a Market place , near oxford circus,London. The door men let her in. A coloured tall me called Ken Love spoke so fast to her , promised work for 1700.00 a day for halifax . He asked her 2500.00 for building website , shooting photos, and at least 12 sessions job offer of work (1700.00 per day) . She said they put loud music on while talking to her.they set it up such a way , that you can not talk to others. She paid the money. Signed a so called contract which was not mentioning the work but just website and shooting. When she left the building she met another lady who came there to recover the money she paid to this so called agency 6 months ago. She noticed the Scam and called her bank company. As she paid by Visa , they refunded her money. She reported it to action fraud and police. This so called company keep moving around oxford street and so . A modelling agency will never ask for money upfront and rush you!!

On the phone, I wasn’t given a chance to think and when I questioned the nature of the company it was taken badly! They bully you into paying £50 in a matter of seconds without giving you the chance to have a look properly. They will say Zara or H&M has spotted you.. Say No!

I cannot believe this so called company is still active. We were scammed out of £2500 by LFM and after a lengthy effort through trading standards they are still going. Even the bank took back the money from us after we claimed it back through them. How is it possible after 4 years they are still robbing people?

Thankfully I read reviews before I made my £50 payment - I had the rep for this Company on the phone , and asked him if I could read the reviews to him - he very quickly put the phone down on me - wonder why !!!!

My son paid £50 & I paid £1000 as they said that he is what they are looking for.

I went to the office to sign the documents to authorise the payment made via e mail.

The Lex Newman was talking fast and all I had the privilege was to shake her hand.

She texted my son to come back and sign some documents.

The contract that he signed was the opposite of what she told me.

The next day I happened to look and it was then I realised we were duped.

My son signed on my behalf without my authorisation. I spoke to my credit card company who said I need to file an online dispute.

I provided evidence and the money was refunded back to my credit card.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! i paid £50 deposit for no reason. to pay for the portfolio was £2000 and they said they would pay half of it and i would only have to pay £1500. i’m trying to call them and they’re not picking up. it’s a good thing i never paid the money. DONT TRUST THEM

Don't go into this, be carefully, firstly, if you try to search them on google ypu can not found the website that they give to you on email, secondly, they don't tell you about the packages at the beginning or on the call phone, they have a very and accurate plan for this, I almost going to spend a lot of money in that packages. Was too perfect to be real. And another thing, the photographers they don't have any courses to do that, any certification even for the make-up artist, believe don't go and don't pay anything!

Hi Can anyone tell me if they have used I'd Management same thing my daughter attended a photoshoot in Soho on the weekend 9 Bateman street I paid the 50 deposit and got ropped in to buying the highest website page 2.500 which they have taken a further 600 out of my bank Please help my 12 year old daughter is very upset and I'm so stressed I dont know what to do
