It was easy to order, website is clear. The contact I had previously was easily and efficiently dealt with.

Excellent customer service, and this is such a rare feature of retailers these days! A faulty product was sent once and the company refunded me straightaway having shon them a photograph. I also had to cancel an order the next day and they arranged for this without any quibbles. Their response by email was quick, professional and friendly, and very personal. And their actions always prompt.
The products are varied, competitively priced and of good quality. It is always my first port of call when I need art supplies and would not hesitate to recommend them!

My first order disappeared but thanks to Zoe a new item was sent and now it has been received. Great service after it was found that the item had been misled and for getting a second item dispatched. Great service and thanks to Zoe for sorting it out.

I didn’t have a great experience in store but gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered online. I ordered on a Sunday and everything went ok. On Tuesday I got an email saying all my items were out of stock. I was told that this is because their system doesn’t update in real time so items might run out of stock as customers buy them in store. Regardless, it seems like an ineffective system and a waste of time. Customer service was polite about it but I did find the whole thing annoying and it put me off from ordering in the future.
In response to your reply to my feedback: I am fully aware that you are a shop in central London with heavy flow of customers. Hence me saying that this system isn’t effective for customers buying online in that they unlikely to get their items due to other customers purchasing their items in store. It’s not a live stock tracker which is inefficient and wastes people’s time.

I am still reeling from a terrible experience I had at the LGC. I ordered a print job - sent in by email - and when I came to collect was told to return the following day. I went back the next day. When I did the person behind the counter gave me short shrift and told me to return in a half hour. When I did return I was told to stand aside while he attended to other print jobs. At one point he went on his break whileI was standing there waiting. I stood aside for 21/2 hours. I am a woman in my 70s and was getting work done for an art exhibition. Finally the job was completed (not great) and I was charged £40 service on top of the paper and printing. The rudeness and lack of professionalism means that I will never ever use the LCG again.

I ordered a few items from LGC and was informed days after I placed the order that the items were in fact out of stock because the website doesn't get updated often. I requested replacements for two items, which was accepted. Then, again, on the day of the delivery, I received another email to say that one of the items was out of stock. I received no warning, and the lateness of the notifications both times made me think that the order was being processed with no issue. This is sneaky and unprofessional. I want to avoid buying from large coorporations and have the desire to support smaller local business but LGC are making this very hard. I simply cannot trust them and can see that the same thing has happened to others also, so this isn't a fluke.

Good range and delighted to find LGC selling the individual pens I wanted. Delivered quickly, would recommend LGC.

Most of what I ordered arrived well packed and in good time, however, one item was withdrawn from the order; yellow ochre watercolour paint, which is to my mind a basic artists colour and should have been in stock.

I bought an electronic eraser and some A5 paper.
They are both very good quality and the eraser was about £10 cheaper than where I was first looking.
Everything arrived on time which was 4 days on a 3 to 5 day,I could have had faster delivery if I paid . Very pleased and I would recommend.

First time I’ve ordered from the Graphics centre. It said despatched and then got another email saying some of the items were out of stock which was disappointing. They did the refund without any problems. Apparently they don’t have a live system so when ordering you don’t know if you’ll get everything.

A bit of a delay with part of my order but Zoe from LGC was amazing and kept me informed throughout. Everything else went smoothly. Will definitely buy again!

Yes,a first class experience from London Graphic Centre. The friendliest, helpful company I’ve ever used. They remind me how customer service used to be 30yrs ago. Not only was the customer service great but the delivery was also very speedy.

I bought the Iris Circle drawing device. It's a brilliant product, easy to use and very well made. Although expensive I think it is worth the money. Delivery was speedy and efficient. My product was safely packaged to prevent damage and arrived promptly.
