BEWARE THIS COMPANY.

Beware of this company, If anything goes wrong you will get little or no help. I bought a Hoover washing machine from LookAgain/Freemans. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did turn up it was filthy and with the packing hanging off. It broke down after 10 weeks but they refused to help because it had lasted longer than 30 days. They pointed me towards Hoover but they appear to be so busy with complaints that nothing has been done yet and I have had to wash by hand for a total of over three and a half months so far.

Still waiting for order to be delivered…

Still waiting for order to be delivered after 1 week..

Placed an order for next day delivery (paid extra).. a week later the parcel still hasn't been delivered..

Now I see why its called Look Again, because you will always end up looking elsewhere.. so you'll need to look again..

A good choice of items

A good choice of items, no matter what you are looking for. Simple to order and delivery is usually quite quick and you are kept up to date with any problems or when your order is arriving.

Still waiting for an order from 1st January. The live chat doesn’t put you through to anyone your just kept waiting and waiting. Absolute joke. 2day delivery? When tracking g my order it state it’s been delayed?

Delivered

Delivered. By Lindsey who was very considerate and apologized for the delay in delivering due to Christmas. I had constant text from HO letting me know the status of the delivery and when the parcel would b delivered. It arrived on time. The company is very efficient and helpful.
