Lost my handbag earlier today which had in it my phone, keys and purse. Absolutely distraught. Fortunately someone who found my bag phoned Lostakey and they sent me an email of details which enabled me to retrieve everything. So relieved. Fantastic service.

Received well-made metal key fobs promptly after ordering them. I haven't lost my keys yet but if I do I now stand a good chance of getting them back.

Haven’t lost my keys yet but the tag you get sent is very well made. I got one as I cycle to and from work and constantly leave my keys in the garage door or in the bike box door and just ride off without them.

Seamless experience - ordering, registration and delivery.
Quality product, robust fobs and tought jumpers, clearly marked (providing the etched reference number withstands wear and tear). But as payment is a year in arrears there is every chance to evaluate it properly before paying.

Ordered online arrived within 2 days, smart looking tags, well pleased!!

Before signing up I was a little puzzled by this which appears in 3 or 4 places:
'Each keyring costs £5 per year and has its own unique membership number. SPECIAL OFFER: Get 4 memberships for the price of 3.'
The word 'membership' had me thinking a member is a person. In fact, one member can hold several key rings. Could I have taken the special offer and had 2 key rings linked to my details and 2 linked to my partner's? In the end I just bought two for myself.
On the website, the lower text loads first. You start reading it and then it jumps down as a banner is inserted above it. Grrrr! Most websites cut this out years ago.
The 'How did we do?' email invites feedback on Lostakey's own website but I was greeted by their admin login page - no access for punters.
Key rings and fobs are good-quality steel and arrived quickly.

My key fobs were delivered the next day. I passed some fobs on to my children and they were able to securely re-register them with their own details. Great system.

Very inexpensive way to prevent costly losses - with lots of keyholders for our business this makes great sense! The team were very helpful and we were setup quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

With the cost of lock replacement if you lose or (in my wife's case) misplace your keys plus the inherent inconvenience therein, having someone "mind your back" provides a great feeling of safety and security. Offering a reward to the Finder of your lost keys and with the annual cost being free for the first year, inexpensive annual running costs therefore and great customer service included.... frankly it's a "no brainer" but needs better publicity so tell your friends and family!! Ps I don't work for or have any connection with Lostakey other than being a v.satisfied customer! :0)

Within 5 days of signing up, my son lost his keys.
I received a call from Lostakey and an email to let me know the keys had been found.
I visited the finder and the keys were back in my son's pocket by the end of the day.
Having a new key cut would have cost more than the £5/year membership, so I am already up on the deal.

Great customer service, no complaints at all.
