I bought a pair of tiempo legend 10 elite soft ground and it was publishing that size 9.5 was in stock and I bought them and 2 days later they email saying they have cancelled the order due to having no stock when on the website there was boots in stock it's ridiculous as I thought I can trust the website.

Accepted an order from me for 2 pairs…
Accepted an order from me for 2 pairs of boots which were due for delivery yesterday at the latest. Items still not dispatched and when contacted refused to cancel the order and refund my money. Have ordered alternative product from alternative supplier as my son needed these items. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Absolute scam company

This company is so unprofessional, they sent me a worn, dirty, discoloured football boot. I bought these for my son’s 11th birthday, I payed full price and one boot came second hand.
I have written 2 emails expressing how disappointed and upset I am with this and had absolutely no response from them.
Extremely bad service. I would give 0 stars if the option was there.

Order never arrived but I don't have an idea of who's responsibility it was whether it was theirs or EVRI'S however I believe it was evri who lost it so I'm not being too harsh on lovell soccer here. But they were quick to refund me fully and easily and we're very apologetic. So I very much believe that this site is very trusty and verified 👍

I had returned £170 worth of items to…
I had returned £170 worth of items to sports direct and did not receive a refund as they had said they haven’t received it. I had proof of signed delivery and now have made the same mistake by ordering from Lovell as I had to pay £10 for returning an item just to make sure they don’t repeat the same thing.
