Needed my usual dog food in a hurry, had almost run out.
Had heard great reports about Lovepetsuperstore, so found what I needed at a fab price. My order was with me within the week. That's what I call 5* customer service. I'll be back for more very soon. Would recommend them to friends & family.

Order didn't arrive
I ordered 2 packets of puppy food, received confirmation and tracking number. After waiting 5 days I rang Yodel who said the ordered hadn't been sent out! I rang the company and as they couldn't arrange an immediate delivery. I cancelled and I had to source the puppy food in a retail store Which was very inconvenient. They said they would give me a refund which hopefully I will receive asap.

I have been using lovepetsuperstore for approximately 2 half years. The website is up dated regularly and easy to use offering bonus points which you can redeem against future purchases, delivery is prompt and you are sent emails on the progress of your order, and know when it is going to be delivered. Fantastic!

Great price, speedy and efficient delivery!
Prices for our brand of dog food on Lovepetsuperstore are by far the cheapest around. The delivery is free and is straight to the door with no fuss. I would not be bothered driving to the pet shop for heavy bags of food when this service exists.

Delivered to the wrong road
Great offer and easy to use site. Delivery was rubbish as the large bags of dog food were delivered to the wrong road - fortunately the person who lived there opened the parcel and got my phone number else the parcel would still not be with us
