Items arrived promptly. Dog food much cheaper than rivals. Great to find a company that treats customers from N Ireland the same as other parts of the country.

Ordering and dispatch was simple and prompt but the delivery service was the issue. Yodel are very inflexible. After missing the delivery ( due to being at work) and trying to reorganise the delivery, they would not leave in a secure location as they advised they require a signature. After 40 minutes on live chat eventually organise the delivery on a convenient day (4 days later) as they don't give out time slots or contact you with a time on the day. The package them arrived the very next day, purely by chance I was around and just leaving the house... oh and the delivery driver did not need me to sign for it.
This service is not convenient for a working family and not around for the deliveries.
I will not buy from you again as the delivery service 'Yodel' lets you down.

Ordered with no problem delivered when they said it would be. Delivery man very good asked where I wanted box put because it was heavy. Would definately order again from lovepetsuperstore.

Order was short of some small items. Contacted them and missing items arrived next day, plus an extra item sent as an apology.

I haven't purchased anything from this company and have no pets. I have replied to this effect - that they are making a mistake, probably in the email address - to all their follow-up emails but, as this survey confirms, they take no notice, don't listen, just let the mistakes multiply.... So poor. I will set a filter to junk any future mails.

My experience placing my first order was good, a good product at a very competitive price, I have given 5 stars on this basis. However please stop using Yodel as your courier! I would rather pay for the delivery or at least have the option of which delivery method when placing an order. I was out when they delivered and returned home to find the parcel dumped on my drive and in plane sight. thankfully it wasn't raining.

Have been using lovepets for just over a year now. I have found the prices compedative and free delivery generally next day. If I have had a question they have been very helpful. Also they have now introduced a loyalty scheme which gives further discount.
