I like how the app is extremely simple to use yet so affective. I have tried multiple heatmap apps and they are by far the best one, no doubt! They have the lowest pricing system for its features to my knowledge and before you get started you even get a free trial so you can test it out without any commitments.

My experience with the support staff was excellent!
My experience with the support staff at Lucky Orange has be awesome. Jordan was extremely helpful and gave me as much information as I could consume during my complimentary onboarding session. He let me know that help is always available, and I appreciate having quality people to interact with.
I had used Lucky Orange years ago, and it's so much more of a powerful resource than it used to be. I look forward to using the tools provided in order to increase my conversions.

Helped Us Catch Conversion Killers

Tools and Customer Service Second to None
I have been using Lucky Orange for a long time and the tools it provides are second to none! Being able to interact with sessions, segment heatmaps using most of the GA4-style dimensions, and the ability to create detailed reports with tagging and funnels. Just some of the cool things LO can do. But where they really shine is the customer service! Our rep Will is fantastic, don't know what we would do without him!
