Going Above and Beyond the Expected
Will Daniels from the Help Desk quickly jumped in and stuck with me and my web development team as we needed support to guide us through setting up Lucky Orange events and funnels to accomplish our strategic and analysis needs. We explained our strategy and what we needed from Lucky Orange to deliver insights to help with a number of business decisions. Will knew we were up against a deadline that was the next day and took the initiative to set it up for us, which is not the norm. He responded very quickly to our numerous emails with straight-forward descriptions and made himself available over the past 2 weeks to get us to ready to meet our deadline. We can't thank him enough! Professional, collaborative, became part of our team.

User Friendly and Most Useful Website Data Program
Lucky Orange is one of the most user-friendly, easiest to learn, and incredibly useful programs I've ever experienced. As a marketing professional this program gave me the most enjoyable way to use and present data to my team, way easier than other programs that seem to require a PhD in IT to even view. I use it almost daily, and absolutely weekly, and it's a key component to my weekly marketing meeting!
